Pros: The staff were super polite and kind, great location and we had a lovely stay at the Hotel.

Pros: The property is very close to the station and airport Good place to stay in if you eant to stay at a bit luxurious end. The rooms were very clean and you can literally come at any hour in the higel as there is 24/7 availability of the reception

Excellent stay! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: The room was very comfortable, warm and clean. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. Soap and shower gel in abundance. Hot water. Not noisy. The choice of food was slightly limited, but there was a set menu to choose from. Everything from the menu was very tasty, fresh and served hot. The staff were very nice and polite. They tried to do their best to make my stay comfortable. Thanks to everyone!

Cons: The bathroom was on the small side, but enough for me.

Pros: Mini fridge is always a winner! Courtyard was very relaxing, lovely ambient place to hang out. Great part of the city. Close to the train station which is grand and also quiet area when you need to escape the Medina madness

A modern hotel, great value!

Pros: This modern hotel is great value for money. It's not luxury but everything is of a good standard. The bedroom was large with a double and a single bed. Breakfast was decent although did not have a wide choice range - an omelette could be had at extra cost. Staff were friendly although they did seem worried that I was going to leave without paying for a few extras I took which was rather silly. Maybe they just do not trust foreigners! :-)

Cons: I arranged for a taxi to meet me at the airport but unfortunately and fristratingly he turned up thirty minutes late and, as I arrived at 22.00 and was very tired, that was not great. The wifi was not great - they have three or four separate wifi connectiones dependent upon where you are in the hotel. When they functioned they were good but quite often, especially during the night, they didn't work. And finally, but not too importantly, the coffee at breakfast was awful :-)
