Pros: Stepping off the bustling street in to the most beautiful, wonderfully designed, comfortable, calm and peaceful place. I was greeted in such a lovely way, shown around, offered tea and left to quietly soak in my surroundings … bliss! The staff are so incredibly welcoming and helpful. As a lone female traveller they went above and beyond to help me with logistics for my onward travel, even walking me to my nearby airport taxi at 5am! I cannot fault this place and the beautiful staff looking after your every need.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Beautiful riad with excellent staff. We would stay here again when back to Marrakech.

Pros: We loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were, the location was amazing and once settled easy to navigate to and from and yet so quiet inside the Riad. The food and laidback vibe was exactly what we had hoped for.

Perfect venue, amazing staff

Pros: Gorgeous riad and amazing staff who could not be more helpful. Quiet and peaceful oasis in the city, beautifully decorated. Location was great - far enough away from the madness of the central medina but close to most of the main sights and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Pros: -very friendly and nice staff, welcoming and helpful with everything and every request - tea and biscuits at welcome and tour of the Riad, which was beautiful - clean room just like the pictures, with slippers and water, housekeeping everyday - pretty terrace with rooftop view

Cons: - good breakfast, but limited, no buffet, rather the same every day: eggs, jam, bread, pancakes, fruits - heating with air condition, for room ok, but in bathroom it was rather cold - street is tucked away, no car access

A lovely stay with warm, helpful staff and a beautiful riad highly recommended

Pros: The riad was absolutely lovely, and the staff were incredibly helpful especially Mohammed, who assisted us with check-in and gave us excellent advice on places to visit.

Cons: The only minor downside was a leaking bath tap, which caused some water to spill onto the bathroom floor. However, the riad itself was wonderful, so it really wasn’t much to complain about.

Pros: Rooms were great but the staff were exceptional and really made our stay as great as it was. 11/10 service and hospitality!

Pros: The riad was lovely and super quiet slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads and souks. The staff were incredible and super helpful and attentive.

Wonderful stay at Riad Ksar Fawz & Spa 🌺

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Riad Ksar Fawz & Spa. The riad is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated the lunch package prepared for our trip. The staff were kind and professional, and we’d especially like to mention Mohamed, who welcomed us after a long day of traveling with Moroccan tea and a warm smile – it was the perfect start to our stay (he was also always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed throughout our entire visit). We also enjoyed the spa experience, especially the hammam, which was excellent.

Cons: The only small downside was that our room didn’t have an outside window, and it could get a bit noisy in the early morning due to the call to prayer – though, of course, that’s part of the authentic Marrakech experience and not something the riad can control.
