Oasis lodges

We loved it and plan to come back!

Pros: A real oasis. Such a pretty spot with very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and private lodges with their own gardens. We loved the breakfasts and food at the hotel, and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: We were staying out of season and the main pool was being refurbished though we were able to use the pool in the water park, it was a little disappointing.

Green & calm stay was a good balance for the buzz of the city.

Pros: Lovely spot of calm & privacy in beautiful gardens away (but not too far) from the buzz of the city. The lodge format worked well for a family trip. Delicious food. Staff were attentive and pleasant.

This is my happy place and I highly recommend it to anybody, for the perfect idyllic relaxing day close to Marrakesh Cen

Pros: The rooms are excellent with a beautiful garden for each villa. It really is the nicest place we have stayed in Marrakesh and we keep going back! The staff are very warm and friendly and the facilities are perfect.

Cons: It is a very minor thing because it is such an exceptional place, but I never find the sofa in the lounge area of the villas to be terribly comfortable or inviting! this is a minor thing when the weather is lovely as we are usually out on the sun lounges in the beautiful private garden of the villas.

Pros: The beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable.. place was spotless.

Cons: The restaurant was only okay and service wasn't wonderful.

New favourite!

Pros: This is a new favourite, the team at the Oasis loaches were so attentive and very helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you to Karima, Souad and the lovely manager, I didn’t get to meet her in person but my mum sends her thank yous 😊

Cons: All round 10/10

Lovely place to stay in marrakech for some peace and quiet in lush green surroundings

Pros: Fantastic environment, quiet and peaceful with very friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool and food were great, and water park a lot of fun. 15 min shuttle to town centre or to airport.

We had a great time!

Pros: Almost everything: location (very close to the airport and Medina), waterpark is a huge bonus, staff was kind, we had a great time

Cons: F&B in the main restaurant needs improvements: 1) breakfast was pretty basic, which is fine, but also there was only one person making eggs, so sometimes there would be a queue of 10 people waiting 2) not all staff was proactive, so when fresh orange juice would finish, we had to ask to refill it 3) almost every day we had to ask for salt and pepper as it wasn’t always on the table, same for tea spoons, so no consistency 4) dinner at the main restaurant was extremely poor, one of the dishes was grilled chicken with potatoes, it came cold (as the other main course), so we had to ask to heat it up, it came back slightly warmer, but not hot, and also it was tasteless, with any sauce at all, plain chicken skewers with plain potato cubes. So we ended up eating out every evening after that.

Pros: Staff and facilities were absolutely wonderful. The water park was perfect for us with two small kids. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Food on site was really good

Cons: Excursion offered by hotel seemed very expensive

Pros: The place and the rooms are nice. Also the staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant are all nice and accomodating.

Great facilities and lovely spaces inside and out!

Pros: Great space inside and out..lots of the kids to do, beautifully landscaped space and lovely pool. Great food too and rooms nicely decorated. Water park attached was brilliant

Cons: More coffee pods in room would be great - especially when there’s a lovely coffee machine
