Excellent choice to relax close to the Medina

Pros: High client intimacy of the entire staff, all details fit and also an amazing property with a very good kitchen. Mohammed our driver who took us to Ouarzazate was the best.

Pros: I liked everything about the hotel, from the friendly stuff to the comfortable rooms and exceptional facilities like the swimming pool and the horse stables, which my son typically loved.

Excellent stay

Pros: Above all, the Staff are excellent, and the service level is impeccable. The hotel itself is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures and is very well maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious and well-equipped.

Magical experience 15 mn away from the Medina !

Pros: The experience in general - the kindness of the staff the magnificent architecture & decoration and the new Pige Restaurant. Dont miss the Hamman. Lovely. Great Cocktails! The Horses .. visit to the stables is unique

Cons: Beds are not as confortable as the 4 seasons and pillows are not in feather. Bed sheet should be frette equivalent Towels are average. The food beside the new Pige menu is average. The Gym is poor for such magnificent a Spa.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: The hotel and its grounds are truly stunning, offering a picturesque and relaxing environment that made our stay memorable. One of the highlights was watching the beautiful Arabian horses every day, which added a unique charm to the experience. We spent countless hours lounging by the exquisite pool, enjoying refreshing cocktails in hand, and soaking in the serene atmosphere.

Cons: Our stay did have a less-than-ideal beginning. Upon arrival, we attended the Sunday brunch, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. The buffet was plagued with flies, making the food unappetizing and resulting in us eating very little, despite the hefty price tag of 150 per person. We we were served Lansons champagne, which, for those familiar with five-star standards, is a surprising and underwhelming choice. We expressed our concerns to the manager later that evening. While a refund wasn’t offered, they did provide us with a complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was evident they were hesitant to fully acknowledge the issues we raised. That being said, the remainder of our stay more than made up for this initial setback. The exceptional service, breathtaking surroundings, and overall experience left us with fond memories, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful hotel.
