Beautiful hotel

Pros: Beautiful arrival lobby, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice linens and towels. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, despite our special request for a quiet room, we were initially placed on a corridor with a schoolclass of loud teenagers who used the hallway like a running track and the rooms as a disco. Fortunately, after asking, we were moved to another room. Even then, despite the improvement, the rooms were still quite noisy. Airplanes fly overhead loudly during the day, but not often and thankfully not at night, which was a relief.

Would stay here again

Pros: There is a lot to love. The location is safe, quiet and opposite a very useful shopping mall. The reception area is WOW. THe gardens are beautiful and quiet except for bird song. All areas including our bedroom were spotlessly clean. The bedroom was large and well equipped. Breakfast was awesome with something for everyone. Great value for money and very luxurious. Reception also exchange currency and can arrange tours - ours was superb. Silverware in the gift shop is beautiful.

Cons: We went in low season and the only options for evening meal were a Moroccan buffet or room service. Due to our dietary requirements (I'm vegetarian and my husband is exceedingly fussy) the buffet represented poor value for us. Room service was great value but we would have loved to have eaten in the bar or somewhere more sociable. Whilst posters stated the pool bar was open until 8, it actually closed at 6.

Pros: Architecture in the hotel lobby, nice outside Pool area, good breakfast buffet

Cons: Old and sometimes dirty equipment around the hotel. Some staff members need training, no 5* level.

Pros: Breakfast was perfect with lots of variety. Waiters were quite helpful too

Pros: Beautiful big hotel, very good location near mall and restaurants, good service, staff very friendly and helpfull, the guy at the entrance main door is very kind, Nadine is very competent and nice she has made my stay smooth and comfortable. The Spa is very very good I recommend it! Very good breakfast (buffet) so much choice of food / fresh handmade food (not juices). Pool is massive and clean. Quiet hotel very good to relax.

Cons: Lights in the room too dark. Same for the bathroom lights too dark. Not easy for make up. Fruit juices at the breakfast not fresh not tasty.

Pros: Location, mid way between the airport and the city. Helpful staff. Good spa

Family friendly hotel with great amenities around

Pros: This was our second time staying here with my family. The hotel is good, in a great location, and the staff are always nice and welcoming. A comfortable stay once again!”

Cons: the bathroom was not very clean, and we were given a disabled bathroom that wasn’t fully functional — the water in the sink didn’t run down properly. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but the bathroom could be improved.”

Good but not incredible.

Pros: Breakfast was good and staff are friendly. The ambience was good and given us a good holiday break.

Cons: Certain facilities which should exist for a 5 star hotel is missing. Like Iron box in the room. Had to call multiple times for Iron box and was told only 1 is available for the entire hotel.

Bright, positive and memorable

Pros: I liked the efficiency of the housekeeping staff, the cleanliness of the pool area and the fun water aerobics/entertainment staff.

Cons: It was a bit quiet entertainment wise at night.

Pros: Everything was good, from the breakfast to the bed, special thanks to the staff

Cons: Nothing.
