Pleasant and comfortable

Pros: The outside space was well maintained and the staff were friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. There was a problem with the shower which was fixed on 2nd attempt

Cons: Ashtrays inside and smoking inside, I have a lung condition and found it very difficult to sit in the bar area inside due to smoking. I feel smoking should be limited to outside areas. When we booked we weren’t aware smoking indoors was allowed

Pros: A wonderful place for families with kids! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Mouad from Guest Relations went above and beyond to assist us, and Abdullah made us feel very welcome, ensuring our arrival and departure were smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay!

Pros: We had a fabulous stay. We opted for the all inclusive option which was exceptional value. The food and drinks were excellent. Special thanks to the barman, who really made our holiday. Also thanks to Mouad and Asma at reception. The pool was fantastic and we loved the fact you could always get clean towels. Thanks, we will be back next year.

Cons: Bath could do with renewing. But was very clean, just wear and tear. Otherwise the room was amazing.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Kenzi Menara, location is perfect, serene surroundings, views of snow clad Atlas. The staff was super nice.

Pros: Excellent support from the concierge service especially Shareef Brilliant room service menu - not overpriced as some hotels! House keeping Staff friendly and keen to help. Beautiful Location but away from many attractions. There is a shopping mall nearby - 20 min walk Huge hotel with good pools outside. Upgraded to a suite which was amazing

Cons: Breakfast was good but not many options available and same everyday Disabled access was good but had issues with actually entering the gym as there was a huge step up to into the gym? A ramp would have helped but can ask staff to help. English not spoken fully by some staff on reception.

Weekend im Marrakech

Pros: The size of the room. The comfy bed. The pools. The staff.

Really good and enhances by the top class customer service from all the staff in the hotel.

Pros: The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. In particular Fadila, Ayoub and Omar. They are a massive part of the welcome experience and the hotel is very fortunate to have them.

Cons: Hotel in general is in need of some TLC in places.
