Pros: The location is perfect and the overall hotel atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. What i liked more is the breakfast, the food was well cooked and tasty especially the bakery.

Cons: They have a valet car parking which is good however they keep the keys with the staff which I would not recommend. Usually in other hotels they return back the keys to the client.

Staff, Location, Hotel Building is just excellent.

Pros: Staff was excellent, Guest Relation Manager Mme Sana visited us twice and asked if we need any help, not us but every table at breakfast. Entire staff welcomed with smile whether it was morning or at 3am at night when we came back from Agadir.

Cons: Location was absolute, 9 minutes from Airport and 11 minutes from main Market. It’s Huge Hotel with deferent sections so you spend lot of time by walking around. Kids swimming pool beside adult pool, kids play area with right next yo pool where staff Mona would look after them so you would have peace of mind. Lot of trees and greenery well maintained, would recommend to family and friends, and please choose this if you are planning to visit Marrakesh.

We would highly recommend this hotel, value for money.

Pros: The hotel provided sovereign shop, clothes shop, gym, etc… which was absolutely great. The breakfast facilities were excellent. The hotel location was away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, in a quiet area. The staff were very polite, professional and the house keeping staff were brilliant at their job. The reception area as you walk in had beautiful deco.

Cons: We liked everything at this hotel.
