Pros: This was the most amazing property. Beautiful venue.

Cons: I didn’t like seeing the cat traps in the gardens. Or seeing the cat trapped inside the trap. It’s stayed in sun for a very long time.

Great location, grand entrance and great customer service

Pros: I loved the architecture, rooms were big, friendly staff ready to help.

Pros: The place looks much better in real life than it does in the pics. There is also a standard gym which isn’t included amongst the features on this page. The views are stunning, decor is outstanding. A perfect blend of the local Moroccan vibe and modern luxury. Staff was excellent for the most part but not all of them. Khalid (at the front desk) and Julien were superbly helpful.

Cons: The food could be better. Breakfast was redundant and didn’t include enough options- especially meats. Sometimes the sausages were cold and we had to ask that they be reheated. Only other meat option was salami. Also tried the buffet dinner once and wasn’t impressed either. Your best bet is to go for a package that doesn’t include breakfast or other meals. There are many options close-by and if you feel you need to eat breakfast at the hotel, you can just pay for the meal on that day.

Ok value for money

Pros: Lovely comfy rooms, clean, spacious, lots of activities and things to do in the hotel. Great to chill out and enjoy the weather. Staff were very accommodating!

Cons: Noticed different hair on the bed sheets once. Food in the buffet was average. Witnessed a manager shouting at a member of staff which was very unpleasant to see, mentioned this to the front desk but they didn't seem all that concerned!

It was lovely!

Pros: Beautiful resort. You get the Moroccan vibe with a modern twist and nice facilities. Great staff; my shun and forgot his bank card in the room after we checked out and they found it and gave it to a driver who brought it to us in Casablanca.

Cons: Breakfast was good, but it could be much better. Laundry runs from only 9am to 4pm; there should be irons in the rooms if laundry won’t be open for long.

Amazing vibe, great staff and facilities

Pros: Great hotel with amazing staff, Ranya on the reception was exceptional, her service was great and really helped me have an enjoyable stay from check in to check out. She should be up for a promotion!

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful. The parking attendants were especially kind, they immediately sent someone to help me unload my car, which made check-in smooth. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness extended to the hallways and the pool area as well. You can really tell that attention to detail and guest comfort are top priorities here. What truly sets this hotel apart is its beautiful Moroccan-inspired design. The cultural elements are present throughout the property, giving it a warm and authentic atmosphere that I rarely see in other hotels. It made my stay feel special and unique. All in all, I’m beyond satisfied — I give this hotel an 11 out of 10!

Great setting, quiet period

Pros: Room was great, beautiful setting for the hotel, and pool area looked great. Couldn’t really make the most of it unfortunately as hotel was probably around around 20% of capacity

Cons: The hotel spa service was hugely expensive - twice the price of the most reputable spas in the Medina. Also didn’t like that the hotel restaurant serves only Italian food and not any local Moroccan dishes (e.g. tagines). Breakfast was fairly basic

Out Off season

Pros: It's a nice hotel, in a calm location but not too far from the centre.

Cons: Breakfasts were good but modest
