Sirayane Boutique Hotel & Spa Marrakech

Some elements of the hotel were great while others were disappointing. Hotel could be great with some changes.

Pros: Lovely pool area and the guys around the pool were fantastic is looking after everyone - definitely the hotel’s best asset.Staff elsewhere were generally friendly and helpful. Lovely room which was well maintained. Breakfast was of very good quality, particularly the fruit.

Cons: Hotel was surrounded by waste land or half finished building sites. About 30 minutes from the centre of Marrakesh. Information sheet about possible trips was lacking in any description about the excursions on offer. Having to log into the website to get the lunch, dinner and drinks menus was not very customer focused. Descriptions of the main courses were lacking and in some cases clearly incorrect. Dinner and lunch options were quite expensive.

Pros: Nice, private hotel out of the hussle and bustle of Marrakesh.

Pros: - Most staff very kind and willing to help - Very nice pools - We got a great massage - Efficient taxi service

Cons: - Position far from the city centre - Shuttle runs too few times during day - Staff is not prepared at all about the excursions they offers - We faced cold days and most parts of the hotel are not heated - We struggled to find available spots for health treatments

Amazing stay at a great hotel

Pros: Great design and decor, service level amazing and staff friendly and attentive. Plenty of menu options and food was good too.

Stunning hotel away from the chaos of the medina

Pros: We booked the junior suite with a private pool as it was a special occasion and it was stunning. Definitely worth it if you like sunbathing and the weather is good. The food at the hotel was delicious, big portions and a good choice at breakfast. We had a few treatments at the spa which were very nice. The staff were very pleasant. The free shuttle bus was excellent.

Cons: While the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the medina, there is construction surrounding the hotel which lead to daytime noise, which was particularly bad on one of the days. Not the hotels fault and still more relaxing than the medina, but something to bear in mind.

Pros: great service, super friendly staff, very clean and well maintained property.

Lovely peaceful stay ☺️

Pros: The property was lovely very peaceful I’d You want to be away from the main part of the city.

Cons: The location to be honest I’ve been to Marrakech almost 6times and came in July didn’t realise it was quite far from the main parts of Marrakech so you would need to spend quite a bit on taxis.

Great pool holiday with very attentive and professional staff.

Pros: This hotel has the most comfortable sun beds I've ever come across. The swimming pool attendants do an amazing job and are so attentive and helpful. The pools themselves are large and clean. It really was a truly luxurious stay. The staff are super professional and genuinely friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons: If I was being super-picky, the mattresses were a bit too firm for me.

Pros: Staff are warm and helpful, from reception to check in. Room was very clean and quiet, welcome drinks and pastries well received, enjoyed our meal at the restaurant, shuttle service great value and very useful.

Cons: Location is inconvenient, difficult to leave the property unless you plan a few hours in advance. Some of the breakfast cakes a bit dry/stale (but freshly cooked parts were delicious).

Great place to recharge batteries

Pros: Staff was super nice with our toddler, pool was enjoyable, overall service was great!

Cons: A bit too far but it’s the trade off for the quietness.
