Beautiful place situated at the right area of Marrakesh

Pros: The staff attitude is so amazing, they were all very supportive, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The staff made our stay so enjoyable, especially Abdul, he is such an excellent representative of the hotel, professional and understanding. Please tell Abdul that he made our stay wonderful that we are coming back in May-June.

Cons: Our bathroom sink drainage was very poor, very slow and the sink was always looking dirty because of dirty water not draining well leaving residue. It definitely needs fixing room 1701

Amazing experience in a very friendly atmosphere

Pros: The staff were so friendly and especially Nour! She was always happy to help and made me feel so comfortable, such a beautiful soul!! The hotel was so clean and relaxing!

Cons: I wasn’t hoping to use the gym and I wasn’t made aware before my visit that it wasn’t in use. The breakfast could of been better, the yogurts were warm and I couldn’t see any fruit.
