New and great business hotel with pool in the rooftop

Pros: It’s a new hotel, super confortable and super clean. Staff really kind Really good breakfast buffet, also they offer custom omelette and egg Calm pool on the rooftop

Cons: There was not alcohol, maybe because we were on Ramadán We missed some beers or cocktail in the pool Anyway it’s a place to recommend

Pros: Every employee in the hotel were just amazing, since the welcoming arrival, to the reception that were always there to help you in any way possible, to the restaurant 😁 The breakfast had all you needed, the suite was amazing and the pool area was great as well.. I would recomand a 100% Thank you again to all the staff 🙏

Pros: The kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff was beyond our expectations. Marouane was exceptional and all the other members of the crew were extremely kind and attentive. I would be happy with an employee like Marouane.

Lovely stay in nice new hotel with great Staff

Pros: Nice new hotel on outskirts of Marrakech. Everything was really clean and the Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly..( Special mention to Zouhain in the breakfast room who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful )

Cons: The mattresses could have been a bit softer and the elevators a little speedier, but only minor issues in an otherwise superb hotel with great Staff!

Comfortable stay with staff who truly go above and beyond.

Pros: The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, the reception is fantastic, and the entire team is always ready to support guests. They go above and beyond, delivering a very high level of customer service.

Pros: It’s a nice hotel with good food and a pleasant rooftop pool.

Cons: We had a pleasant stay, but it’s definitely not a 9+. The room we stayed in was very noisy, and the bed was extremely hard. The staff were very nice, but at check-out they asked us to rate the hotel a 10. It seems some guests follow through on this, which may explain the high review scores.
