The Sultana is all it was cracked up to be...beyond expectations even - an excellent 5 star hotel

Pros: The structure, the staff, the location, the rooms, the breakfast, everything. Truly 5 star. A beautiful and relaxing oasis within the vibrant old part of Marrakech. Every detail of the hotel is even more stunning than the photos online when seen in person.

Cons: Onward like this, an excellent hotel!

My charging wires were messy. The staff tidied them individually and put little leather clips on them wonderful really

A very special treat for my wife’s 60th birthday. Go on treat yourselves, You deserve it!

Pros: Evening meals and breakfast were indulgent and variation of choice was perfect. The service was impeccable and breakfast by the pool made us feel really pampered. The hotel is made of several riads joined together and beautifully restored with exquisitely interesting decor.

Cons: Unfortunately our fresh fruits and sweet treats provided on arrival were not kept topped up during stay which was a little disappointing. Mini milk (for tea/coffee) cartons in the minibar were not replenished, we had to keep asking for more. Maybe house keeping could check every day. But that’s nit-picking really!

Pros: We really liked how central the location was. Also, the design of the hotel is breathtaking, more beautiful than Bahia Palace for example. They have everything you need: a good restaurant, a spa, pool and rooftop.
