Can’t wait to come back!
Pros: The most amazing Riad with amazing attentive and helpful staff, willing to help you plan activities and meet every need. Great breakfast, location and stunning architecture. A very serene location in the middle of the busy medina. Would recommend staying at this Riad to everyone who is doubting which one to pick, it was one of the main highlights of our holiday in Marrakesh.

Superb. Clean, stunning, great people, excellent breakfast.
Pros: Everything. Even above expectations I’d say despite the already high reviews. Excellent guests treatment, stunning and clean property. We loved the breakfast. Felt very secluded and calm despite being in the Medina. If back in Marrakesh, we will stay here again.

Brilliant and will be back for sure
Pros: I loved it being so authentic and original. It was spotless and staff were very helpful
Cons: Only thing I would say was needed more space for clothes in the room and a safe would have been good

A Morroca Riad with long history and a special experience
Pros: This is a traditional Morroca Riad hotel with more than 200-year history. It left us a deep impression because it’s our first time to stay in hotel with Riad style . I am interested in the history of the hotel and “Riad”. When I came back to home, I checked “ChatGPT”and Gemini” for detailed information about the hotel and then I wrote an article in China’s famous social media “Rednote” to share my experience. I screenshot my article here. From the train station, we took bus with 5 stops. It is inside of the old city and is easy to find by Google Map. The staff of reception desk gave me a map and explained the detailed information about Marrakesh. We can go any places I planed on foot. Our room seems not big enough but it is OK. We enjoyed our two nights here.

Our Moroccan home away home.
Pros: In short everything. When you first arrive you think the Riad is the star of the show, but actually it’s the staff! They were friendly, welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. The Riad is full of charm with lots of places to enjoy the character of this traditional Moroccan home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who made us feel like old friends visiting. This was our second visit to the Palais Sebban. We did a cooking class organised through the hotel with the head chef who taught us to make a traditional three course Moroccan meal. The breakfast each morning just got better with the staff being attentive and accommodating, the breakfast was a literal dream come true. In short my wife and I would recommend this Riad to anyone who wanted an authentic Moroccan experience with staff who were genuinely warm and friendly with everyone. We will 100% be returning for a third visit in the near future.
Cons: We did not find anything we disliked about the property or our experience.

Pros: Very cool looking traditional riad, so much intricate detail everywhere! Staff very helpful. 9min walk to main square
Cons: Meknes room only had a curtain to separate toilet and shower space from the rest of the room - very little privacy. High prices at the bar - 30 MAD for a coke, 80 MAD for a beer
