Pros: We stayed here for two nights before leaving on a trip to the Sahara. I was traveling alone with my teenage son, so I was especially grateful for Mohammed’s help. Because we had to leave very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he personally took us to the pickup location and waited to make sure we got into the correct driver’s car. That felt incredibly reassuring. After returning a few days later, I booked this riad again for our final night because we were so satisfied with our first stay. The riad is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic with several options. We chose the Moroccan breakfast and it was excellent. They also arranged a taxi for our return to the airport and walked us to the taxi, which was really appreciated. As a mother traveling with a teenager, I felt safe and well looked after here, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other families.

Pros: Rooms were clean and cozy, with air conditioning, which was perfect for our visit in January. Personnel was super friendly, served good breakfast and the hammam experience was the best. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Beautiful Riad in the old centre of Marrakesh

Pros: Beautiful riad in the centre of Marrakesh, close to everything. Our room was big and clean. Very comfy beds, a double and 2 single beds. The breakfast was amazing!!! You can choose between American, Morrocan, French and continental breakfast. The staff was excellent, very professional and so kind.

A jewel in the medina.

Pros: The people made it, such a lovely safe space. Special note to Mohammed who ensured we safely found our way to a taxi at 6am and was really so lovely. But all the staff were amazing, they make the place.

A charming riad with outstanding service and very caring staff.

Pros: The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with tea and shown to our room and the riad itself is very beautiful. When the room felt cold, Mohammed from the night shift fixed it immediately and he also promptly arranged a change of sheets when we requested it. The service on departure was exceptional: the hotel organised an early airport transfer at 5:30 am, prepared breakfast for us to eat in the room before departing and Mohammed personally brought it to our room and walked us to the transfer which was a 2 minutes walk from the Riad carrying all our luggage.

Cons: Nothing in particular, the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Picture perfect riad

Pros: Winter stay for a couple of days. Staff were amazing, very helpful and on all hours of the day to attend to your needs. I stayed in thier standard room, which was comfy and spacious compared to other riads. Room was picture perfect and clean. Heating and aircon in the room. Ample wardrobe space. Clean and well presented bathroom. 4 different themed breakfasts to choose from every morning, all really nice and well presented. Spa was clean though I didn't actually use this. I did dip my feet into the pool and it was warm.

Cons: Access to riad is through a very narrow street, only accessible on foot. But don't let this put you off. I would still go again. My only other negative was that there was no bidet in the bathroom.
