Great location! Beautifully decorated! Friendly service!

Pros: Riad YANNIS is decorated beautifully. It’s located in the Medina (old town) - which was perfect for us. The Souk (market) and restaurants were easily accessible as were Bahia Palace and other historic sites. The caretaker was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made us breakfast in the traditional Berber style, including mint tea. The Riad was cleaned every morning. We could connect to the WiFi through out the property. The owners were easily accessible via WhatsApp and were prompt in replacing the remote control batteries for a wall mounted heating / cooling unit.

Cons: The property does not have central heating but the bedrooms, the upstairs shower room and the living room have individual heating units. By mid-March, the weather should be warm enough for the property to not need much heating. The dining area is an amazing centre piece of the Riad, but sadly too dimly lit in the evenings to allow guests to eat dinner around the table.

Pros: Beautiful Riad that’s a short walk to everything. Housekeeper and owners very helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay

Pros: The location was perfect, the decor was calming, stylish and welcoming. Everything was perfect !

Cons: Steps up to roof terrace were a little dangerous esp at night. Could do with a little light.

Cons: The pool wasn’t really a pool and was good for a quick cooling dip, and one at a time. Would have been an amazing place with a bigger pool and poss some sunbeds.

Pros: It place is very beautiful and welcoming place. My kids love everything about the place, the pool is although small, but excellent for relaxing. And is very quiet and clean area. The breakfast lady, she’s so adorable my kids love her to bits. We will be back to this property soon for the beautiful experience and for our lovely lady.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully decorated riad, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfectly located in a charming part of the old town, it offered excellent facilities for our family of five. Sana and Marc kept us well informed throughout our trip, providing helpful updates and support that made our stay even more enjoyable. Zakia was incredibly kind and attentive, offering exceptional housekeeping and delicious home-cooked breakfasts each morning. We would absolutely love to return in the future—hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Wonderful, quiet & hidden Riad on walking distance from souks and medina center

Pros: Excellent breakfast delivered by the private gouvernante who's a specialist in local cuisine. Wonderful rooms on the first floor that can have 4 people; smaller bedroom on the ground floor if needed. The owner is very helpful upon arrival and helps with finding solutions on travel and local transportation.

Pros: The riad is absolutely beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice - the layout and interior design are a joy. With lots of levels and different seating areas us 5 adults had lots of space to hang around in - and having the entire property to ourselves was fantastic. The housekeeper Zakia was superb keeping everything spotless and tidy and her wonderful breakfasts set us up for each day! Excellent location.

Pros: super style, we didn’t want to leave the space and wanted to enjoy it more. one evenening I even skipped the dinner with friends to enjoy home just for myself the location is great, near the parking, quite place of medina. the house had everything we needed note thay they don’t have shower facilities (shampoo etc) the host was friendly and quick in the responses the place has the coffemachine, but you should bring your own capsules thanks

Perfect for groups and families, very aesthetic

Pros: Recently reformed, it is perfect for a small group escape. It has lovely distribution, decoration with great taste, and is perfectly located. The breakfast was local and delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend it.
