Pros: One of the best welcomes ever, sitting with mint tea next to a chimney through the check in process

Amazing stay, highly recommend!
Pros: The property was amazing, traditional and elegant atmosphere. We even got upgraded in their suite, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Beautiful riad in a convenient location
Pros: Location was excellent. It's down a quiet alley, just a few minute walk to the medina. Our room \
Cons: Water pressure was a bit low, but we were warned about this at check in as it was due to a water shortage. Also the shower was slow to drain with water pooling- we did not mention this to staff. Since the rooms surrounds the in house restaurant below, there can be some noise from diners/music, but it is quiet by 10pm.

Beautiful Riad with exceptional service
Pros: The entire staff team were friendly and provided exceptional service. We felt extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our enquiries were answered quickly before we arrived. The staff helped us with luggage from the taxi to the Riad as it is inaccessible by car, provided a welcome tea and sweet treats on arrival, assisted with restaurant bookings , even escorting us to one and let us check out an hour later than due. The room was lovely, spacious and immaculate, decorated in true Moroccan style. There was a daily change of essential oils provided to burn in the room and a lovely gift of a mini tagine. Breakfast was absolutely delicious comprising of fresh fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of breads, cakes & pancakes, jams, choice of egg dishes and fresh tea and coffee. The staff also made a delicious and unexpected birthday cake for my husband, which we both really appreciated. Thank You.
Cons: It would be quieter to have a room on the levels above the ground floor, just because breakfast is served from 7.30am on the ground floor, but this did not mar our stay in any way.

Beautiful Riad, excellent location.
Pros: This is a very high quality Riad, and we were looked after by the staff very well. Our room was beautiful, and the food and service were first class.
Cons: It was difficult to find, and very stressful arriving in the Medina.

Loved the Quietness of the Riad & the Kind Staff
Pros: The staff were both polite and helpful and the accommodation itself was exactly as described.. we enjoyed our traditional breakfasts in the courtyard of our riad, and Mohammed our waiter looked after us extremely well. I cannot fault the staff or the accommodation..
Cons: We were not happy about having to walk through a building site to get to and from our riad. I mean literally walk through it.. piles of rubble lined the walls of the narrow street and the wooden scaffolding above looked very precarious.. Whilst we understand they need to repair the damage done by the earthquake last year we question letting guests stay in accommodation next to these repair works. We asked to be moved to the main Riad but there was no availability.. 3 of the riads are accessed by the street with the building works referred to so we were not alone traversing the cement mixing etc!

Lydines Angsana
Pros: The staff were very helpful. Let them take you to meet taxis since they cannot get to the door. The breakfast was good and filling. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Be aware that there are sometimes drain smells and you need to leave windows open for a while. We stayed in Lydines which is about 15 minutes walk from the other riads. There was no restaurant or bar at Lydines but this wasn't a problem because the 5 star Almaha hotel is just around the corner. Nevertheless, the hotel is well located in the Casbah and an easy walk to the main Fnaa square.

Quiet, calm, efficient staff, - beautiful, clean, immaculate accommodation. You couldn’t ask for more in this bustling c
Pros: Excellently located near a convenient taxi drop off point, not something every riad can claim in the Medina. Not far from the Bahia Palace it was in easy walking distance of much to see. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. From the arrival tea and cakes through to the checking out everything was done with a smile. The riad we stayed in, Firdaus, was immaculate in the public areas as well as the rooms. Peaceful, calm and relaxing. The spa was excellent offerings range of treatments and massages.
Cons: There isn’t much to dislike
