Pros: The property was beautiful, spacious, and very peaceful. Ahmed was extremely hospitable and made us feel very welcome. We had a few early starts and day trips, and the staff packed us breakfasts and really looked after us. Would highly recommend this riad.

Pros: Very good breakfast , individual dietary requirements were taken care of. The manager took time to explain the sightseeings in town. Property was a bit hidden in the small streets of town, but Google maps managed it.

Helpful staff in a comfortable and clean riad makes for a great stay in Marrakech.
Pros: Dar al Sultan is exceptionally clean with restful rooms and spacious bathrooms, and the beds are very comfotable, making for a great night´s sleep. The reception area is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The location is good, very near the medina but far enough away not to hear the noise. However, it was the staff who made our stay so memorable at this riad. Rachid and Saina were outstanding in helping us with an issue we had had with a previous riad and a tour; honestly, they were fabulous and genuinely interested in helping out. I would happily recommend this riad.
Cons: This is not a negative, just a comment! Although the access to the riad initially seems a little secluded, it is very safe and accessible to the medina and the palace. There is a little shop close by, handy for getting water / snacks.

Would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros: Breakfast was great, the room was spectacular and the common areas of the riad were beautiful too. The staff were very kind - absolutely worth asking for a transfer so they'll meet you at the taxi drop-off point, it's a difficult place to find on your first time.
Cons: Because of the nature of a riad's design, you can hear everything going on in the courtyard from your room, but there's nothing you can really do about that other than take earplugs.

Pros: This riad is a jewel, from the pool area to the rooftop. Delicious breakfast, attentive and helpful staff and just perfect to the details. We loved it.

Pros: Heaven on earth! This riad is so tranquil and peaceful we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t arrive in good spirits because the guys that wants to assist with carrying your luggage at the taxi drop off wanted to scam us. But the lovely hostess calmed us down, offered tea and cookies and even upgraded our room since we had so much luggage
Cons: Breakfast is a bit basic, wouldve liked some savory options

Wonderful staff and best cake in Marroco
Pros: The riad is a beauty in itself—very airy, with an extremely comfortable room. But for me, the real highlight was the staff. Sana was a wonderful host, as was her colleague on the night shift. The housekeeping team was always very attentive to the room’s cleanliness. And the breakfast was divine. I’d like to thank the cook who made the best cake I had in Morocco. If possible, I’d love to get the recipe—no joke, haha. I definitely recommend this riad.
