Beautiful Riad, Lovely People

Pros: Wonderful traditional Riad with a beautiful courtyard area. The rooftop is a stunning spot for breakfast/ relaxation and the picture don’t do it justice. But what really makes the place special is the team that work there. They go above and beyond and make you feel very welcome.

Cons: Very little, we had an issue on an excursion, but it was an honest mistake and the team made everything right.

Pros: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food to include evening meals were delicious. Book a massage, fabulous! There is an option for breakfast on the peaceful roof terrace. Our room was on the ground floor, very spacious, serviced our room daily. In the cetre of Medina, but very peaceful. Highly recommended this accommodation.

Pros: An oasis of calm amid the city’s rhythm, run by the kindest people. There is no restaurant, but if you wish, they cook with love, unforgettable, soulful food and the best tahini we’ve ever tasted. A place that stays with you.

Pros: The staff were unbelievable so helpful friendly and professional - they could not have been better (superb) ; the property is luxurious without being overwhelming or pretentious in a quiet location just a v short walk from the bustling souks - everything about this Riad is perfect - from the elegant communal centre with beautifully ornate splash pool centre piece directly below an enormous roof terrace with loungers various sofa and scatter cushion areas to relax in the afternoon sunshine also another larger splash pool on the roof - our standard room was large and comfortable and prepared each day with care and attention to every detail - when in Marrakech again we will try to stay here again for sure - we also had dinner in the Riad which was like dining at home in a gone by era - so peaceful and very good value for money

Pros: This riad is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — the perfect escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and efficient, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to most of the main sights. All the services we requested — transfers, our desert trip, and the spa — were perfectly organised, always on time and stress-free. The spa was wonderful too. Our stay exceeded all expectations. We felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommended.
