Nice, cozy central Riad

Pros: The staff, the Jacuzzi, the location, the breakfast, clean

Cons: Ground floor room. 5 meters far from breakfast guests. WC not glued to the ground. Pool not heated.

Perfect safe accommodation for two ladies travelling

Pros: Couldn’t fault the staff, so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help and recommend places to eat and visit. Lovely roof top sitting area to relax and read in the sun. Everywhere was in walking distance only had to get a taxi to Majorelle gardens.

Cons: Nothing. Was great

Coming home..

Pros: A place where you feel instantly at home. The location is fairly close to one of the dropp of and /or pick-up locations. The rooms are large, clean but not overly chic. The breakfast was prepared & served with love and care..

Cons: Due to circumstances there was no hot water, which can happen. They much apologized and gave us in return a huge discount on our transfer. Which we didn’t ask for, but as a service to apologize for the inconvenience for the cold water.

Beautiful authentic Morrocan Riad.

Pros: Authentic Moroccan Riad with a beautiful central courtyard and rooftop terrace. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. Staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, helpful and took care of us in the best possible way

Cons: One day the hot water was working and the next day was not 😬 That was the only thing

Beautiful riad, nice rooms & staff. Great location

Pros: We were happy to stay at this riad. The people working there were very helpful and friendly, always with a smile and attentive. They recommended us a tour to Ourika Valley which we did on Monday. We liked breakfast and the lunch we had was very good. The location of the riad is perfect, close to the main square but far enough not to be in the middle of the noise.

Cons: Hot water did not work one day

Magical stay in Marrakech

Pros: This Riad is beautiful, the hotel workers are sweet, hospitable, and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious! You are placed in a more quiet part of the Medina, which is wonderful, since you can get a bit overwhelmed otherwise. And of course this place gets extra points for the cutest little defender of the Riad - sweet cat Princess Baghera.

Cons: Unfortunately the water took a long time to get warm. It felt a bit wasteful to let the water run for so long. We weren't able to fill up the tub in our room.

Excellent location & Value

Pros: A beautiful oasis away from the crowds down a quiet street, perfect location for anyone wanting a peaceful place to stay just a short walk from the main square. Staff were exceptional.

Cons: Showers temp were unpredictable. Sadly had a few cold and boiling hot showers

A lovely quiet Riad

Pros: Great location, very friendly people who made us feel very welcome, especially Issam. Breakfast was good and they were able to do an earlier breakfast as we had a tour that left at 8am. The Riad is lovely and quiet and each to access the Medina. The Riad cat Princess is very cute and affectionate. We asked them to arrange our airport transfer and the gentleman was there waiting for us with a sign which made the whole process very simple and we paid at the Riad so didn’t need to worry about money other than a tip which we chose to give.

Cons: We couldn’t get any hot water in the morning. I suspect water is solar heated so a shower before bed may be a better idea, especially at this time of year as it’s cold in a morning. We were a bit disappointed with the massage as the two ladies kept whispering to each other which we could hear all the time and it was more of a rub down with oil than a massage.

Lovely Riad

Pros: Really lovely small Riad with a very comfortable and homely feel. Staff were amazingly helpful and lovely throughout my stay.
