Pros: The atmosphere of the riad was very authentic. The rooms were spacious, spotless and very beautiful. We had an amazing stay. Zakaria was very welcoming and attentive throughout our entire stay. Hanane served a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The riad is very well located in a small street close to main attraction and a taxi stand. It felt like a home away from home. We definitely will be back.
Cons: We liked everything about the riad.

Delight and peace in the midst of the Medina.
Pros: Ambiance. Decor. Comfort. Pool. Cool places to hangout other than your room. Rooms were both comfortable and stylishly Moroccan.
Cons: Could do with a central tea n coffee making facility for that after hours cuppa.

Elegant peace.
Pros: Beautiful rooms and a gracefulness of design such that each space about the property relaxes and delights. A quietness and sense of space in every area of the Riad makes it a wonderful escape from the frenetic pace of Marrakesh. It has a small number of guests I think and you are not constantly seeing others. For us on this trip this was great. It might not suit those wanting to link up with others.

The perfect refuge
Pros: The place is absolutely stunning: one of the few cases where you actually get exactly what you see in the pictures. The inner patio, the breakfast room, the stairs, the roof terrace - everything is gorgeous! The bedroom was also beautiful, with an incredibly comfortable bed, pillows and linen; the bathroom was super clean and spacious and the shower was just perfect - which I know can be a challenge within the medina. The whole thing is an oasis of tranquility, and the little pool was a blessing in the scorching heat. The location literally could not be better: simultaneously inside the medina and close to its edge, it allows you to both walk to most main attractions (5 minutes to Bahia Palace, 12 to Jemaa El Fnaa, 15 to Place des Épices, 20 to Madrasa Ben Yousef...) and quickly step outside the wall, in order to take a taxi to more distant sites like Jardin Majorelle. The staff was super sweet and discrete. You hardly see or hear them, but everything is perfectly taken care of.
Cons: Breakfast was tasty, but it could be improved, namely increasing the variety of fresh bread and fruit.

Pros: Very nicely decorated, neat riad. Lovely pool on the highest floor. Beautiful big windows and a very stylish bathroom. The man taking care of the riad was very polite and helpful. Overall lovely riad.
Cons: Although I assume it might be connected to the old building installations issues I believe that for the price we paid there should be a TV in a room or a possibility to iron your clothes (they don't allow to do it yourself, you have to pay them to do it for you). Breakfast also could definitely be better, when we were coming almost everything was gone and nobody refilled the plates until asked for a specific product by another guests.
