Great little riad in a quiet part of the medina

Pros: Lovely little riad in a nice quiet part of the medina, breakfast was lovely but the room was a little smaller than expected. All in all, a lovely and pleasant stay

Pros: Staff was exceptioanlly considerate and responsive.

Cons: Ground floor room is subject to some noise as the eating and reception area is on the same floor.

Pros: Very nicely decorated and maintained. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We changed rooms once and liked both of them very much. The terrace is very well setup with alot of comfort. We had a great stay.

Welcoming Riad in good location

Pros: I liked the layout and feeling of the Riad, it was very centrally located yet it was very quiet. There was a lovely rooftop where you could take breakfast or just relax. The staff were accommodating and helpful

Cons: the pillows were quite firm and there wasn't an alternative.

Perfect location and even better staff!

Pros: Location was fantastic - close enough to the main parts of the medina, but just a bit outside the hustle and bustle so the area was quieter. Karim was an excellent host and the staff made sure we had a great stay in Marrakech. Could not recommend enough.

Cons: Everything was great. However, a note mentioned a safe but there wasn't one in the room. This didn't cause any issues though!

Lovely Riad.

Pros: Beautiful bedrooms. Rooftop area. Friendly staff. It was 47°C when we were there and the cold tub with canopy on the roof was a God send.

Great ride to visit the city

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Riad des trois palais. The place is clean, organized and the manager of the hotel is attentive to every need-question required to make the stay better. He explained to us the basics of the city and even recommended places to see and gave us a map. The location of the hotel is amazing, it's a short walk away from any tourist attraction and the breakfast is authentic and delicious
