Perfect week in a beautiful Road with the best staff🥰
Pros: Beautiful traditional Riad. Beautiful room and communal areas. Nice roof terrace. Very comfortable with excellent shower, lots of hot water, air con and plug in radiator ( which we didn’t need) so best of both worlds. Very lovely staff who could not have been more helpful.
Cons: Nothing-all good!

Peaceful, beautiful and a true Riad experience!
Pros: Beautiful Riad away from the bustle of the Souk. Whilst there was a longer walk to the centre of the Medina we saw this as a positive as it meant it was quieter when relaxing on the rooftop. Ali and Hamid were always available and extremely helpful. They made our trip easy and relaxing. Hamid arranged a trip to the Agafay Desert and a massage for us with no trouble. They also arranged transport for our excursions and airports trips with no fuss. The ladies in the Riad were friendly and smiley. This stay really was the highlight to our trip!
Cons: Nothing. Perfect!

Good value for money in an interesting area in the north of the Medina.
Pros: Ali made us welcome and gave us directions even taking us around the area. It was restful to relax on the roof after spending a day sightseeing. It was an interesting old riad traditionally furnished. The room may have been smaller than expected however it was warm and the shower was warm with a hot shower. Ali recommended an excellent restaurant with a roof top terrace about 10 minutes away
Cons: We were happy to stay in the riad.

Pearl in Marrakech with amazing staff!
Pros: Riad Boustane is a magnifique Riad, really elegant and welcoming with a beautiful terrace and patio. Apart from the building, I have to say that it is the staff that really makes the difference. Ali welcomed us with a big smile and empathy, and went the extra mile to give us suggestions for Marrakech and the following days. Hamid also was really helpful at night, and the ladies of the breakfast served us warmly

Beautiful quiet riad with wonderfully attentive staff
Pros: Beautiful riad in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. Hamid and Ali went over and beyond to accommodate us - they proactively offered us a warmer room as it was particularly cold in Marrakech when we stayed and also prepared packed breakfasts for us when we had early morning plans. The terrace is beautiful and well kept and perfect for evening sunsets!
Cons: I wasn’t sure which toiletries were shower gel /shampoo so it would be useful if they were labelled!

Lovely clean comfortable Riad on edge of Medina staff very friendly
Pros: The room we had was very spacious living room with a seperate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a very large bathroom it was perfect for myself and my daughter , it was immaculate very very clean ,the breakfast was a typically morrican , bread , eggs jams , coffee etc and was delicious , the staff at the hotel where very friendly and helpful , the riad is a lovely relaxing place tucked away in one of the medinas ally’s and less than 5 mins away from one of the entrance / exit gates
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about the riad , or the staff , it was a lovely place to stay and so close to the entrance and exit gates to explore Marrakesh further

We felt we were really surrounded by everyday Marrakech life!
Pros: If you want to be in the heart of the real Marrakech life, this is the place to be. You reach it through very narrow paths and streets with motor bikes squeezing past you! The welcome at the Riad was fantastic, tea on arrival in a beautiful courtyard, a menu for dinner if you choose to eat there in the evening (we did and the food was very good, home cooked). The rooms are beautiful, and probably more or less unchanged. Just something to be aware of, the Riad is built to be cool, so in winter the rooms take a lot of heating. The staff made the dining room really comfortable with portable heaters and the rooms also had heaters you could control yourself.
