Pros: We had such a lovely stay at this Riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to give us great recommendations for places to eat and visit, which really made our trip even more special. They also kindly organised taxis for us, making everything so easy and stress-free. The Riad itself was beautiful, clean, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Riad Jill in Marrakesh and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the riad itself felt peaceful and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and freshly prepared every morning, which was such a lovely start to the day. We also tried the spa and hammam experience and would highly recommend it — relaxing and beautifully done. The riad is also very family-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Riad Jill to anyone visiting Marrakesh

Truly welcoming allowing us to enjoy the sights and sounds on Marrakech

Pros: The staff were so very friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble - from the mint tea served on arrival and the help with maps to get around and suggestions of places to visit to assistance with taxi on leaving, they were exceptional and felt truly looked after.

Cons: As is December, it was quite cold and so the room wasn’t very warm. There were blankets though so that meant could sleep okay.

Amazing stay at Riad Jil 🏜️✨

Pros: We had such amazing stay at the riad Jil! We’ve been two times before in Marrakech, but comparing the riads, thisone really stood out to us. The rooftop is sunny and actually big, you can walk around in the sun or have your breakfast there. The pool is really pretty and good located, it feels secure and private. 🌞 At some days we needed to leave early for a trip, but they arranged the breakfast anyway. Also when we said there were some construction sounds in our room, we got another room immediately.🥵 All of the staff were kind, helpful and comitted to make sure we had a good time here. We would book again 🩵

Super friendly staff and design, but noisy rooms

Pros: The Staff was very nice and helpfull and welcomed us with tea and a great chat. The design of the Riad is lovely. Room size is great, bathroom is also lovely designed. Location is on the edge of the medina so you need to be fine with walking a while until you get to the souks.

Cons: It's a typical Riad so the walls are really thin and the doors let in noise. Keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. The design of the rooms is lovely but the beds could be more comfortable.

Pros: Everything was great and all staff was super helpful, nice and friendly despite the fact we were a group of 14 which can be challenging.

Cons: Everything was great, it’s new, clean and functional. Breakfast was good, the road beautiful and they also have private hammam and massage 💆‍♀️ it’s inside medina but in quieter part.

Pros: Riad Jil is gorgeous. The staff, especially Mohamed, assisted us with every need with kindness and discretion. The indoor and outdoor spaces are enchanting, and the traditional food is prepared with care and attention. We enjoyed the spa and rooftop Jacuzzi. My wife, daughter, and I felt at home. I highly recommend it.

Lovely stay with fantastic staff

Pros: Beautiful Riad, lovely staff. Anas specifically made the difference for our stay.

Cons: The jacuzzi was dirty and a bit cold for our liking, more like a pool temperature. You couldn’t use the steam room without paying.

Pros: Our stay at Riad Jil & Spa was amazing from start to finish. We had a problem with our flights and lost two days of our trip, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and ease the frustration of the cancellation. Their kindness made all the difference. The riad itself is beautiful — peaceful, clean, and full of Moroccan charm. The spa treatments were incredible, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or better hospitality. Highly recommend!
