Amazing Riad with the kindest staff and great amenities & service and good location.
Pros: All of the staff were extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. The Riad was lovely and we especially loved the rooftop terrace. The breakfast was great. The location was on the north end of the Medina which we liked because it’s a little bit outside of the busy areas but still close enough to everything.
Cons: Our room didn’t have many surfaces to put stuff or maybe like a chair to hang clothes. Sometimes the water in the shower took a while to drain.

Cons: The location is a bit far from the city center, but still inside the medina.

Pros: We had a very nice stay at this riad in Marrakech. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They can also help arrange airport transfers and a traditional dinner, which was a great addition to our experience. Overall, a very good stay and a place we would recommend.

Pros: For an old building, the amenities were sufficient. The air conditioner helped against the winter chill. Breakfast was sufficient; nothing was left over. For our taste, it was a bit too sweet — we would have preferred sausage, cheese, and some tomatoes or cucumbers. The location was good: very close to the city wall gate and excellent in terms of transport. Outside the city wall, there is a market about 100 meters away where you can buy fruit. The walk to the more lively part of the old town is about 1 kilometer. The staff were very helpful, and our concerns were resolved quickly. The overall rating was largely influenced by the excellent staff.
Cons: The pillow was too firm; it would be good to have a softer option available as well. This is not directly a shortcoming of the accommodation, but when planning tours, one must be very careful to check whether a guide is included or not. Overall, it felt like a lottery. On one of our tours, the guide was supposed to be included in the price, but in reality it required an additional fee, and the bus was also very poor. The legroom would have been sufficient for someone 160 cm tall; for a 178 cm person, a three-hour ride was truly painful. I also added a photo of the bus company, which should be avoided if possible. If you are a confident driver, I recommend renting a car. It is more convenient and more affordable.

The Riad is really nice and characteristic, in a nice area of the Medina, where you can see the real local life. Totally
Pros: Very nice Riad in a very characteristic area of the Medina. In 5/10 minutes you can reach the Suk. Incredible service by the staff!!
Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: Can't praise the staff enough, they were amazingly kind and helpful at all times. The rooms were clean and the location of the riad allowed us to walk to all the sites which was really helpful. The breakfast in the mornings were made fresh. We tried the morrocan dinner which is offered by the hotel and it was by far the best meal we had throughout our time in Marrakesh.

Pros: I liked the position, the kind staff, nice common areas such as an area for breakfast, reception etc, and the real riad (not a touristic place).
Cons: Maybe a little bit of the breakfast can be more varied, however, it was good
