A paradise in the middle of the chaotic Medina

Pros: All the staff were spectacular 10 out of 10 I must mention Fadwa from reception, the concierge,, & all the restaurant staff offer us a good service & the food was delicious , variety breakfast every single day .. I did enjoy a 65 minutes of oiling massage which was amazing I really recommend it.

Cons: Don’t have enough light in the room too dark,, and don’t have a lift for top rooms or the top terrace.

Pros: Excellent location and personnel, very good breakfast, nice restaurant, bar, roof terrace and rooms.

Cons: Indoor pool is heated, but in winter time the temp could be over 30 to enjoy the bath not only morning swim.

Royal Marrakech Experience

Pros: What an amazing service, we where mind blown. you have alot of hotels where you feel like family. But here it was even better. We felt like royalties. They pay attention on the smallest details. They clean your room and resupply daily. They wash your clothes, iron it for you, they assist in anything they can. Daily new fresh cookies, fruitbowls anywhere. Very lux and traditional design. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Good breakfast. Unfortunately we did not eat dinner there and did not use the spa, so cant comment on that.

Cons: Warm water duurde langer dan gewenst. Maar eenmaal warm was het goed. En dat zal meer te maken hebben met infrastructuur dan met het hotel

The most hospitable stay that we have ever had!

Pros: It’s like a perfect oasis of calmness, culture and wonderful hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much of an ask. From the bedroom to the spa, to the rooftop, everything was perfect. We loved the fresh orange juice wherever and whenever we wanted. They catered very well for our dietary requirements, and would remember that one of couldn’t eat gluten, repairing options for us accordingly.

Hidden in among the tiny streets of Marrakech is this absolute gem. Best place we have stayed in many MANY years.

Pros: This is a great property and amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble and we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice touches throughout - mobiles provided for each room to help getting around the city, free laundry and coffees during the day. Many thanks to Fatima and the entire team.

Cons: There is nothing not to like at this Riad.

Pros: Great level of service, really liked the hotel mobile phone and meet up/escorting service for within the medina. All staff very attentive and extremely friendly & helpful. Wonderful dining spaces inside and out, great roof terrace and cocktail bar. Wonderful spa & treatments.

Pros: The staff were very attentive. Even when you wanted to take a taxi, a staff member would accompany you all the way to the taxi. There were constant offerings of fruit, coffee, and tea. They made us feel at home. The rooms were clean. The hotel’s atmosphere was perfect. If I come again, I will definitely choose this place.
