Great value for money at the heart of the medina

Pros: Excellent location for exploring the medina. Very friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room. Great roof terrace and lovely breakfast. Staff very attentive.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect for a two-day stay and ideal for exploring Medina. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this place.

Best place to stay in Marrakech

Pros: Great location, huge room and the staff were so accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, the roof terrace was a great sun trap and they bought fresh tea to us. Amazing stay.

Excellent Riad with great staff

Pros: The property was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We couldn’t use the spa but it was available.

Cons: The location can be a little secluded at night but it is safe.

Wonderful

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They would fulfill any request!! The hotel manager even informed us that we needed to print our boarding passes to avoid extra charges at the airport and offered to print them for us. Zakaria was particularly wonderful!! He helped me all the way by pulling my luggage to the car that would take us to the airport🥹🥹🥹🥹 100% recommend

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Riad & Spa Azzouz. The room was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service throughout our stay was excellent. All the receptionists were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Zakaria, who is a truly lovely and friendly young man. He is very caring, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to offer the best possible service. We also loved the breakfast — both we and our children enjoyed it so much. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and a little bit different every day, which made it even more special and something we really looked forward to each morning.The location is perfect .Many local tours will pick up and drop off just next to the riad . I would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding hospitality. 🌟

Cons: The toilet for the on suite was a big small and the tap is not working well .The double room toilet is good .Better than the on suite one .

Pros: Amazing rooftop. We like the pool on the roof. Great stuf ;) Good location.

Cons: A little noisy at night but that's probably normal when living in the medina. The street leading to the riad is scary but there were no misunderstandings.

Would definately stay again and fully recommend to anyone looking to book.

Pros: For our first time in Marrakesh, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This Riad was very central in the Medina, very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were super welcoming, the breakfast was great and overall we had an amazing time!

Cons: As others mention the little alley to the Riad is a little off putting.
