Lonely stay again in Marrakesh

Pros: Great location in the Medina - staff very friendly and helpful - lovely breakfast and amazing dinner

Cons: There is not a lot of space on the terrace and the jacuzzi was cold

Beautiful and elegant Riad in a central location with excellent staff

Pros: Beautiful Riad ,elegantly decorated in a chic traditional Moroccan style . Fabulous location close to the main square and souks . Down some winding alleys but you soon get your bearings !! The downstairs courtyard garden was lovely and the roof top terrace had several areas to sit and relax and a welcome little plunge pool to cool off in ! Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous with a beautiful shower cubicle and traditional tiles ! All the staff were amazing ! So friendly , attentive and helpful . We even got a picnic from Abdul when we missed breakfast and he helped us with our early morning taxi back to the airport which we really appreciated! We had a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend this Riad and hope we can return one day ! Thank You Team Ilayka

Simply Perfect

Pros: Beautiful Riad with the most exquisite decor. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Great location from the hustle and bustle-we didn't want to leave!

Pros: Great traditional riad in the heart of the medina. The staff was super friendly, heplful and caring. I would stay here again.

Cons: The breakfast could be more varied after a couple of days, but it was very fresh and delicious.

Excellent stay with focused customer service

Pros: We booked RIAD ILayka for our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Marrakesh. On arrival we were not allocated the room we thought we had reserved but this was quickly resolved. During our stay we were well looked after and Rahim and Abdul were particularly helpful. Customer Service overall was excellent.
