Riad Joya became our home in Marrakech
Pros: On our first trip to Morocco, Riad Joya became our home in Marrakech. It has many merits. The manager, Noureddine, is a master of hospitality. His small team is just as outstanding, starting with the dear Fannane. The room was spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and welcoming. Everything worked perfectly. Dates, almonds, fruit, flowers, and water were replenished daily. A premium airport transfer is included in the daily rate—essential for finding the Joya in the labyrinth of the medina. Great Moroccan-style breakfast. Be sure to have at least one meal there. At the dinner we had, we tasted the most delicious and refined tagine of our entire trip through the country.
Cons: The Wi-Fi could be better, but the instability seems structural, as we experienced the same in all the riads we stayed at in other cities.

Totally terrific
Pros: The breakfast was efficiently served and ample. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and always there to greet when we arrived back. The owner even helped us to book tickets for the Jonelle Gardens. The location could not have been better and the transport to and from the airport was extremely efficient.
Cons: The builders next door made some noise but this would not affect future guests and there was a pigeon roosting outside the bathroom window but when the building has finished I don't think this would be a problem for future guests.

A whisper of calm in the vibrant heart of Marrakech.
Pros: We loved everything about Riad Joyas. All the details, the magnificent room, and the incredibly attentive staff. The terrace was very peaceful, and we were truly delighted with our stay. We are simply grateful that our short visit turned out to be unforgettable.

The staff are very hospitable and treat you like a member of the family. They go out of their way.
Pros: The breakfast is bespoke and different everyday. Very fresh produce and every day is a surprise.
Cons: Maybe tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms

Pros: We were attracted to Riad Joya by the good reviews, and the way it has been decorated, in slightly minimalistic but still Moroccan style. Italian owners. Noureddine was really helpful, and his staff all courteous and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous, and food excellent. Very centrally located, if a bit difficult to find. Would recommend.

A perfect Riad close to everything in the Medina and wonderful staff.
Pros: Noureddine and his team were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them.
Cons: A tiny criticism, I wish there had been one area in either the bedroom or bathroom with better lighting to do hair/makeup etc.

Riad Joya is indeed a joy. Highly recommended.
Pros: Riad Joya was indeed a joy to visit. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, in particular our host Nouredinne who suggested and booked restaurants and tours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. This is a small Riad with 7 rooms so the service is very personal.
Cons: It's not so much what we didn't like but the small communal seating area just off the courtyard could be made more comfortable and sumptuous.
