Brilliant accommodation, friendly staff and comfortable rooms, shower hot and so peaceful

Pros: An amazing oasis, beautiful house converted into a hotel, the rooms were interesting and cleverly designed, lots of original features in the property to admire, trees growing in the courtyard give it a special feel

Cons: Didn't realise we could have had our breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine & no one told us about that option. Very hard to find in the medina but worth it once you do, I paid a local a few coins to show me after being lost for a couple of hours in the medina but this was ok, being lost in the medina is fun and amazing

Pros: very clean, huge room, lovely staff, great location. Would recommend!

Cons: Getting access at night, you need to wait for them to unlock the door - so might need to be cautious if you are not comfortable in a messy/poorly lit street

A wonderful boutique hotel with kind attentive staff

Pros: The architecture and decor. The property had a homely & traditional feel to it.

Cons: Only that it was a little tricky to find on the first day but locals were helpful in giving directions.

Pros: I love this place. Large room, which was nicely heated (we stayed in december and it was quite cold). Although is in the middle of the souk, the riad is very quiet and peaceful. The people are extremely nice. Would definitely recommend Palais Chadmi!

A nice stay in Marrakech

Pros: Location is very convenient and near to the attractions. Staffs were very helpful, friendly and shown great hospitality. They even helped to prepare breakfast earlier due to our tour schedule. We were happy to be there as a first timer to Morocco and felt safe =)

Cons: Water pressure if shower was very low.

Amazing the room service,tea and staff on the property were very hard working and kind making the stay ten times better

Pros: The rooms were amazing including the separate roof tops with amazing architectural designs including the roof in the bedroom had amazing designs

Wonderful stay in this beautiful little oasis right in the middle of the medina.

Cons: Our suite was really lovely and we only stayed for 1 night - it would of been nice to maybe have a kettle and possibly a little fridge in the room and maybe some more bottles of water to be provided

Lovely tranquil haven in the heart of Moroccan chaos !

Pros: Great location - right in the heart of the medina . Nice rooftop and cool courtyard downstairs …. Pretty rooms and a good breakfast . The staff were helpful too . .

Cons: Hard to spot the entrance initially but google maps does get you there - look for the wooden door in the wall and quite an unobtrusive sign! Also taxi pick up from the airport is a great idea as a starting point! The bath in the lion room is just a deep shower tray essentially as it didn’t appear to have a way of keeping the water in ( could be wrong! ) shame the open fire wasn’t in use either . The air conditioner kept the room warm though but it sounded like rain on a tin roof! A backgammon set or two would be a nice addition for guests too!

An oasis of calm in the bustle of the city- a real jewel!

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous read, right in the middle of the Souk - and yet somehow serene and calm. Beautifully appointed, well-maintained and sophisticated. Our hosts were very kind of made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and I'm disappointed e didn't have a chance to have dinner there!

Cons: The only thing that could have been improved is that the bed was not very comfy! That makes me sound like a princess, because everything else was a delight!
