Breathe of fresh air - relaxing environment and calming

Pros: I absolutely loved the moment I stepped through this Riad. It was the most calming environment I can remember staying at . It was brilliant and relaxing and just what I needed . ABDEL and colleague were unbelievable regarding their service . Always happy to help . And the service to anything was quick and efficient . I thought they was friendly and honestly just a lovely place and people to be in company with .

Cons: Not so much about the property just the walk to the RIAD can be very intimidating , however when entering the RIAD you could simply relax

Pros: This Riad in the heart of the medina was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully decorated and a quiet oasis within the busy streets of Marrakesh. The staff was very helpful and friendly and met all our needs - we felt very welcome there.

Cons: The fact that there was no bathroom door - it's nice to be able to close the door when you have to go to the toilet. ;)

A quiet and cosy place

Pros: Hamid our receptionist was kind and helpful. He made us feel at home, really! We were served tea and sweets before our check in which i think was a great gesture from him. Then we were shown the room which was very cosy and comfortable. At night it's very quiet, you don't hear any noise. In the morning, we were served a very delicious Moroccan breakfast. Thank you so much Hamid for your attentiveness. I really recommend this Riad.

Pros: The Riad was amazing, very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The only difficulty for us was the way to the hotel. You can’t order the taxi directly to it, but the staff will help you with the luggage to reach the taxi (around 5min walk)

Pros: The place was lovely. Facilities great. Room comfy. Staff very very helpful. Great stay.

Cons: All was great. The only recommendation is to ask riad to send directions as down a few alley ways 😆😊 if you are directionally challenged (as I am....haha).

Pros: I really love the cleanliness and hospitality of this Riad. Feels like your in paradise inside a very busy and bit chaotic town. I would like to recommend their hammam and Spa. Both ladies who gave us the service are excellent and handled us with total care.

Cons: I would say it is really challenging to find this Riad because its hard to only rely on google maps. But when you found it is not that bad at all.

Amazing Riad with amazing staff!

Pros: If you have a romantic idea of staying in a beautiful riad in Marrakesh then this is the place! Short walk to everything, down a winding street with a secret entrance which opens up into a stunning place to stay. Abdel and his team were fantastic! Communication and customer service was by far the best we had on this trip. Really a big hats off to the team there as they are doing a stellar job and we will definitely be staying again.
