Warm welcome, very comfortable, well run,beautiful traditional Riad

Pros: It was spotlessly clean and the staff were all delightful. We only had dinner at the Riad on one evening and it was excellent. Samara was very helpful at all times arranging our trips with private car and driver, guides , recommendations etc. She spoke excellent English.

Cons: It would have been good to have had a small fridge in the room and tea and coffee making facilities.

Our first experience of Marrakesh and this lovely friendly Riad made it an enjoyable one

Pros: A calm oasis in the madness of central Marrakesh with incredibly helpful and attentive staff, great breakfast and a comfy room. Samara was always available to advise on taxis, shopping, tourist attractions and onward travel idea. She even found me a needle and thread to mend some clothing.

If you are planning to stay at a Riad which ticks most boxes, then Riad Romance is the one for you .

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, good location, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, comfortable feel overall.

The right place to stay in Marrakech

Pros: The Riad Is beautiful and well cared by the owner and the staff. The room maid showed to be carrying a lot, drawing a new composition every day with the bed linen. A beautiful terrace is available to relax in warm evenings. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

Cons: Maybe the breakfast could vary a little bit, just not to be bored of eating the same (excellent) things.

Our stay was truly marvelous!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Romance in Marrakech. The staff, and especially the manager Samara, welcomed us very warmly, and from the very first moment we felt truly taken care of. She was extremely helpful — recommending great places to eat, advising us on which hammam to choose, and always happy to answer our questions. She is friendly, kind, and genuinely attentive to guests. The riad is clean and well maintained, and its location is also good, making it easy to explore Marrakech. An additional big plus is that Samara speaks very good English, which made communication easy and pleasant. We would happily return here again and highly recommend this place.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer :)

Authentic Riad Experience - Homely, Tasteful, Relaxing!

Pros: The location, cleanliness, aesthetics, service - everything was A+. Samira and her colleagues went above & beyond to help us sort all things Marrakesh.

A nice and friendly Riad with excellent service.

Pros: The service a was excellent, and the personal were more than helpful, in a positive meaning. The room was cosy and clean, and the hotel decorated in a nice way. We started early on our last day and the arrange an early breakfast and a taxi for our departure.

Pros: We had a great stay at this beautiful riad. What really stood out was the entire staff and the manager. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and genuinely friendly. At no point did we feel anything other than a warm and positive atmosphere. The staff and the manager were always helpful and attentive whenever we needed support or had questions. They took their time, were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The riad itself is very nice and well located. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. The location is especially pleasant because it is situated in a quiet dead end, which offers a lot of calm and relaxation. At the same time, you can easily walk to different parts of the Medina. You can reach local areas where Moroccans shop and live, as well as more touristic areas, all within a short distance. Thank you very much for the lovely stay. We can definitely recommend this riad and would be happy to stay here again if we return to Marrakech.

Fantastic place with fantastic people

Pros: The place lived up to the description and pictures, and the staff were all absolutely amazing and went out of their way to be helpful (in particular Sam who also gave us directions for city). The breakfast was great, the room cleaning was timely and we really enjoyed the pool. Overall, the place is value for money and I would highly recommend it. Andrea K

Cons: It would of been helpful to have a small fridge in the room, but the staff did let us leave our drinks in their main fridge to keep them cool.
