Authentic & Beautiful
Pros: We were really grateful for such a lovely Riad to stay in when we arrived in Marrakech and wished we could stay longer! The bathroom was really unique and the bedroom was homely and cosy. The staff are lovely and really helpful (we were staying on NYE and the host gave us a key to let ourselves in as we knew it would be a late return). The staff also allowed us to leave our luggage at the Riad during the day to go and explore as our train was in the evening. Would highly recommend this place.

Pros: I loved the attention to detail the staff offered. They did all they could to ensure a happy and comfortable stay without being over-bearing or intrusive.
Cons: I would have liked more options for breakfast such as eggs or even a hot chocolate as the mornings were quite cold. Nonetheless, the breakfast was very nice and I recommend 👌🏿

Great experience
Pros: My stay at the riad was absolutely perfect. Most importantly, the whole staff was really friendly and helpful - when I mentioned it was my first time in Morocco and traveling alone they provided me with a bunch of helpful information and kept checking on me through the stay, which kept me feeling well taken care of and safe. The room was comfortable and clean, the Moroccan breakfast was a highlight of everyday and the extra dinner (to order) was super tasty as well. The riad is located in the Medina but a bit off the main touristy location (like 20 minutes leisure walk to the main plaza through the alleys and souks) which for me was great - it was a bit calmer than in the strict centre and it was nice to have the opportunity to observe the locals a bit as they went about their day. Overall a great experience, I definitely recommend this riad.

Pros: We had our Early check in and they offer tea for free when you arrive. Friendly staffs
Cons: You should tell early if you will have breakfast if not they will not serve you if you just tell it on time. No heater for winter 🙂

Affordable and charming!
Pros: The staff were so lovely and helpful. Abdel stayed awake for us as our plane was delayed, and we checked in late. He showed us an app to navigate the area offline and bookmarked all the highlights in Marrakech for us. The lovely man running the breakfast service remembered our drink order and had it ready for us without asking the following mornings. Clean sheets and towels, and they made the bed for us each day while we were out :)
Cons: Some of the surfaces could do with a more thorough clean, like the bedroom floors and bathroom counters/shower.

Must stay!
Pros: The Riad is located inside the medina in a residential area. It’s beautifully decorated, rooms are well equipped and cleaning takes place daily. The breakfast is also very reasonable and delicious. There is a terrace as well and offers good views. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help! Rooms overall feel very cozy and comfortable.
Cons: The location! Download maps.me before you come because google maps and other maps will never show you the correct route. We got lost for almost an hour in the medina in the middle of the night because our taxi driver couldn’t get any closer to the riad. Thankfully, the staff are so wonderful they guided us step by step and we arrived safely.
