Pros: The staff at Riad Olma were very friendly and helpful. The riad itself had a great rooftop with a stunning view of the Kotubia Mosque. The room I stayed in was well equipped and met my needs, including heat/AC, towels, bath robes and shampoo and body wash which was a nice to have when you're travelling. There was also a decent sized closet that was nice to have in order to store bags away and hang clothes as I was there for a few days.
Cons: Something that could be improved would be directions and signage to find the property. It's back within a few alley ways so having a couple signs on the corner of the streets along the way like other riads in the area had, would be helpful for navigating your way there initially.

Wonderful, friendly team at Riad Olma, with an eye for beautiful design and interiors.
Pros: The staff were really kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. I'd like to mention Yassine, Adnan and Simo who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Delicious breakfasts prepared by chef Simo! Fresh and tasty; the shakshuka was great. Lunches were also lovely and served on the terrace which has been designed beautifully with sun loungers. The curtains in the room were great at blocking out light.
Cons: This is a traditional Riad, with that in mind its design is typical of that style of building. Sound travels from the riad courtyard and rooms have low, warm lighting. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Brighter lights could be installed above the toilet in the terracotta room's which is very dark even in the daytime. An extractor fan and light needs to be put above the shower since this is an open space with no door to the bathroom, the steam travels into the main room.

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Ölma while participating in the Marrakech Marathon, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The riad is perfectly located in the Medina—close to all the action, yet in a peaceful and calm area. The rooftop offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What truly sets Riad Ölma apart is the excellent and personal service. I am especially grateful for the team preparing a pasta dinner just for me the night before the marathon and having tea and coffee ready at 5 a.m. on race day. Thanks to their care, I completed the marathon in 4h15min, and the stay was just as memorable as the race itself. Between the warm hospitality, charming location, and thoughtful touches, Riad Ölma made my visit to Marrakech unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone wanting to discover the wonders of this amazing city.

Comfortable stay
Pros: Friendly Staff, clean rooms and Good Location. Loved the Hammam Spa as well 😃
Cons: The bathrooms were a bit smaller too close to the Bed in my room. Other than that no issues

Exceptional Stay
Pros: The hosts were incredible (Yassine and Abdou if I remember correctly). Super friendly, kind and attentive. The Riad itself is beautiful. It’s also kept very clean. The location is good. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it is quiet at night but close enough that almost everything is under 15 min walk away. Breakfast was tasty and generous.
Cons: The only small critique is that the pool and bedrooms were a little chilly - however it was late November. We had big comfy duvets to help.

An amazing find! We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful Riad. Super comfy bed. Great food.
Pros: Wow! What a fabulous stay! The Riad is so beautiful and the terrace rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The cleaner was there daily and the Riad and rooms spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were cooked fresh every morning and were excellent. Location perfect for exploring the city. 10/10 we will definitely come back.
Cons: Everything was excellent!

Pleasant Riad
Pros: Staff were exceptional. Thanks to Mohammed, the chef, for our first tagine in Morocco. Lemon chicken and secret spices. Delicious and served on a lovely rooftop. Dexter and his pal Abu were very attentive hosts.

Happily recommend and plan to return!
Pros: This was an emergency booking due to our other falling through, not easy as we were with a group! It is just outside the main city wall so definitely less busy in a residential area. With just five rooms this felt really private and special. Staff were brilliant - always offering to help and provide water/coffee/tea etc. Breakfast was great on the terrace overlooking a ruin and the Koutoubia Mosque beyond. We walked into the main square and markets every day and for dinner in the evenings.
Cons: It is tricky to find as the property is also known as Riad Olma, but it's a short walk off the main road through a couple of lanes, and the staff rushed to out to carry bags and cases.
