Riad Shambala

Pros: The location, decoration, rooms and staff were amazing! I especially loved the traditional ambiance, the tea and the food! The woman from the reception was always kind, polite and ready to help.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: A cozy and nicely decorated riad with comfortable beds and hot water in the shower. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and even gave me breakfast to take away. The riad is a bit far from the city center, so if you want to stay close to everything, this may not be ideal. There was also some noise at times, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cons: The riad is quite far from the city center, so if you want to stay close to Jemaa el-Fna, this is not ideal. There was also a bit of noise at times.

Pros: After searching for where to stay I. Marrakesh, hotels vs Riads, we ended with a Riad in order to experience the culture. It was a great decision. Although there are some things that could be better (WiFi), the experience was really good. We were well taken care of and both Karima and Yunuus went out of their way to make our stay memorable. It was walking distance to the medina and shops as well as some famous places. Overall, a great place to visit and would recommend if you are looking to enjoy the culture.

Cons: The WiFi was a bit slow.

Cozy and intimate riad with super friendly hosts

Pros: The riad was lovely andjust how we expected it and the service by the hosts was excellent, they helped us out so much during our stay in Marrakech.

Pros: A truly unforgettable stay. The riad is a peaceful oasis, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. What really makes this place special is the staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast by the pool was plentiful, fresh, and delicious — the perfect way to start the day. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Moroccan escape.

Pros: The breakfast was good but a typical Moroccan breakfast. The location was good, easy to get out of the medina but great for walking to the souks. The room was spacious for a couple.

Cons: The twin room is very small.

Very carring and pretty Riad!!

Pros: We stayed at Riad Shambala for a short period of time because we travelled to diferent cities in Morocco. Our first night in the country was in Riad Shambala and by accident my friend lost her wallet in our room of the Riad. There arranged to send it to our next Riad for our next city in Fes and recieved it a few days after. They were so carring!! If we go back to Marrakech we will defently pic this Riad once again.

Pros: Really cute Riad. Great location. The team were exceptional - incredibly helpful, very friendly and always smiling . I could not recommend Riad Shambala high enough - but truly it was the staff that made the experience so good. I will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay 🫶🏼👏🏻

Pros: This is a delightful Riad in a great location. The staff are all very welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and delicious meals. I highly recommend.
