Riad Les Bougainvilliers

Pros: We stayed at Riad Les Bougainvilliers for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic – a true calm oasis in the south of the Medina. The location is perfect, easily accessible from Mellah Roundabout and ideal for exploring Marrakech while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and tranquil. We also ate here and the tagines were authentic and delicious – some of the best we had during our stay. Communication with the owner was top class from start to finish, and Monseff, the day manager, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and his local knowledge really enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this riad for anyone wanting comfort, great hospitality, and an authentic Moroccan atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.

A great family trip to a new country

Pros: Beautiful architecture. Calm, relaxing areas. I liked that there were lots of little corners that you could go & sit in peace. Traditional style. The lighting & the plants were very good.

Cons: I personally would prefer more pillow options. Stronger shower pressure. More fresh fruit at breakfast. These are only small points!

Pros: Beautiful Riad in the middle of the medina. Very convenient for trips outside because it’s close to the main roads as well, but it’s also just a 5min walk to the Djema el Fnaa along one of the most lovely streets of Kech. The staff and the owner are mostly very friendly and accommodating! Do book the pickup service with porter if you carry a lot of luggage. Even a planning mishap was solved by offering us dinner in the Riad.

Cons: The plumbing could use a little upgrade maybe. All the rooms have a (very faint) funky smell which probably. The night manager really tries his best, is friendly, but was not made for the hospitality business.

Hospitality here is genuine, attentive, and unforgettable.

Pros: Philippe was so friendly and kind. We were taken such good care of. Each staff member we encountered was so warm and just beaming with a smile. We had a short stay but the entire property blew us away. The property had such a charm. The room and bathroom were big, comfortable , and clean. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and as first-time visitors to Morocco, we couldn’t have been happier to set foot in this jewel of a place.

Pros: The staff was really lovely and the place just stunning. Great breakfast, the rooms were so beautiful and comfortable. It was really a pleasure staying at the Riad and we got assistance with getting to the airport and the staff overall was incredibly helpful, especially Khalid

Cons: the hammam experience was a bit lacking, at least the full package, for what it was, especially since there was no mask included in the end

Pros: Wonderful place, very friendly and helpful staff! Our room was really beautiful next to the little Riad Pool. Breakfast on rooftop very nice (maybe a bit busy for 1 person to serve, but all very good) We received a little birthday celebration for our son during our breakfast. The location of the Riad is just THE BEST! Hamam was very nice as well. Hope to come back again

Perfect combination of atmosphere and practicality! A beautiful riad in a great location.

Pros: Change of plan meant this was a last minute booking. We had high expectations having stayed in some lovely riads. This one was excellent. Double sized with garden area and pool area. Quaint pool but good size. Gowns and slippers provided! Teenaged boys had kingsized bed split as twins and I (the adult but smallest!) was on a bed that would have been a sofa if not needed as a bed. Big and comfy. Great aircon, lovely bathroom with separate loo (useful with boys!). Great terrace where breakfast was served. Great location, easy to find. Lovely staff. A great stay, thank you!

Pros: Great location, riad is very luxorious and clean, helpful staff that was so nice throughout the whole stay and helped us a lot with everything we needed
