Don't expect 5* luxury, but charming and friendly: go for a top floor room if possible.

Pros: Transfer arrangements & greeting. Beautiful building. Friendly, helpful, staff, always there whenever needed. Wonderfully quiet location a minute's walk from bustling street market. Roof terraces overlooking central Medina.

Cons: Everything was entirely appropriate for the price. Rooms are not entirely soundproof.

Great place to stay in Marrakech.

Pros: Loved the location and the staff were great. They all gave time to answer questions and explain directions. We enjoyed having breakfast up on the terrace. Lots of nice objects around which makes it a nice place to be. I would definitely recommend Riad Zahri.

Exceptional in every regard!

Pros: I'm not sure that I can add anything to the hundreds of reviews praising Riad Zahri; it really is a wonderful place to stay! We booked a shuttle from the airport and the owner of the Riad met the taxi outside the old city and escorted us on foot through the maze of streets. We were given a very warm welcome . . . and hot mint tea! The room was beautiful with windows opening into the galleried courtyard. Breakfast, which was tasty & generous, was served on the roof terrace overlooking the city with mountains beyond. At sunrise & sunset it was a magical place to be. Finally, I must give enormous credit to all the people who work so hard to make Riad Zahri a success, especially to the kind lady who helped us when we had difficulties (entirely our own fault) with the lock, thank you!!

Perfect quiet location, welcoming, beautiful riad

Pros: Wonderful staff, especially to Atika, who was very helpful and accommodating the whole time, helped us to get a transfer to Tagazhout, and had many nice recommendations. The breakfast was also really great

Cons: Honestly it was perfect. The small doors to get inside the room with luggage was a challenge, but not an inconvenience for us
