Pros: Super nice staff, everything was amazing! We had one of the best meal at the riad, the quality of the breakfast was exceptional! If you want more privacy, don’t book the room ground floor.:)

The staff made all the difference , wonderful in every way. Many thanks!
Pros: Elegantly decorated and furnished. Wonderful staff, extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: A little worried at first getting there as one has to walk through dark narrow alleys to get to the location, but I suppose you get used to it and it is the same with most every other place in the Medina…

Authentic Riad
Pros: It is an authentic looking riad. The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. The staff were quiet and respectful. They make the traditional Morrocan breakfast very well. However, after a few days we got tired of it and requested if we can have a bit of variety. The staff obliged and made us omelette the next day, as we suggested.
Cons: The riad is a bit of a walk from the main road of the souk. However, once we got the hang of it, the winding path to and from the place wasn't so bad. The staff helped us with our luggage on our last day so even going to the airport wasn't so bad. The jacuzzi on the roof top wasn't usable. There was a big crack on the filter and it was dirty. I'm sure the staff would have cleaned it if we said we'd like to use it, but we didn't bother. It would have been good to soak in it since we stayed for a few days, but it wasn't a deal breaker. There's a lot to do in Marrakech.

Outstanding hospitality in a traditional riad tucked away in a quiet corner of the otherwise busy medina.
Pros: Rooms are big and comfortable. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Location is convenient in the centre of the Medina. Clean.
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor and at times we felt our privacy was compromised. Especially when using the bathroom as it was facing the courtyard.
