Super riad
Pros: The riad is very beautiful and the rooms are pretty and comfortable. The atmosphere is amazing, the view from the rooftop is really pretty too(it can be seen Jemaa el-fnaa,the souks and the Koutoubia mosque).The breakfast is rich and filling, it's a delicious morrocan food. The host,Youssef is also very friendly and kind. He's like Speede Gonzalez which is a good thing!

Pros: Our stay at Riad was absolutely wonderful. The host was incredibly kind — he allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which made our trip much more comfortable. He also explained everything we needed to know about the city: where to go, how to behave, and even how to bargain in the markets. That was very helpful and made us feel confident exploring Marrakech. I stayed in separate rooms during my visit, and both were beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The riad itself has a stunning, authentic style and a very cozy atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and prepared with care. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Excellent staff. Superb location. Felt safe in a chaotic Medina atmosphere.
Cons: Can be slightly noisey at night if on ground level, but ear plugs will offset this just fine.

Great location! Pretty Riad!
Pros: The location is brilliant, just a few minutes walk to the square, and very easy to find. The staff were amazing. Their friendliness and helpfulness elevated our stay. The riad is exactly as pictured. Our room was clean and the courtyard was definitely the best part of the riad. The breakfast was tasty and well presented. All in all, I would recommend this riad and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Yusuf, Habiba, and Hisham for the great hospitality!

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Bensaid. From the very first moment, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and experienced true Moroccan hospitality. My host, Yusuf, was exceptional — always available, incredibly helpful, and willing to assist me with anything I needed, whether it was arranging activities or giving local recommendations. The riad itself is in a perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square, Jemaa el Fna, and right around the corner from charming alleyways full of shops and local life. It made exploring Marrakech both easy and enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
Cons: As with many traditional Moroccan houses, the central atrium is not fully sound-insulated from the other rooms, so conversations in the ground floor area can carry a bit in the evening. It’s nothing negative, just something to be aware of, and it didn’t affect the overall comfort of my stay.
