Pros: The hospitality was first class. Mourad made sure we were looked after from the moment we landed to the moment we left. The rest of the team were also brilliant and made our stay very relaxed. Sierra was the peaceful oasis we were looking for. Well located and we felt at home during our stay.

Cons: There's not much I can think of here. Perhaps the option to have dinner at the hotel would have been nice.

Pros: I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone. It is beautifully designed, comfortable, and offers an authentic atmosphere. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this riad. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy, very clean, and well maintained down to the smallest details. Special thanks to the man working there – he was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist and make our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.

Fantastic riad with wonderful staff inside the Medina of Marrakech

Pros: Located inside the Medina, so the soukhs, square, restaurants etc are all walking distance. Large comfortable rooms inside the riad and excellent staff helping you out with whatever question or inquiry you may have

Cons: As we were there in January and temperatures in the morning can be chilly, having breakfast (which is very good and more than enough) outside at the rooftop can’t be done without your coat. There are some heaters which help at bit.

Pros: From the moment you walk in, it's like home. It's so tranquil to come back after a very busy town experience. You are greeted and so cared for here by Mourad and the team. All the staff are amazing! The breakfast was delicious, a little bit of everything you go away full for a day of adventuring. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the bed is the best super comfortable.

Elegant and serene riad, close to the main sights of the medina

Pros: A good and safe location down a quiet side street just a a short walk from the souks and also close to a taxi pick up point. Information about the area and recommendations for places to eat and how to take a taxi were all helpfully explained on arrival. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Our airport transfers were organised efficiently and we were escorted to and from the taxi pick up point. We loved relaxing on the sunbeds on the peaceful roof terrace after a busy day sightseeing enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Our room on the first floor, like the whole riad was very tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and thankfully the duvet was nice and warm. Breakfast was good, it was taken on the roof terrace which was a lovely spot if you can wait until later when the sun reaches the terrace.

Cons: Breakfast was only served on the roof terrace and if taken before 10am it really was too cold to be enjoyable. With morning temperatures of just 4 or 5 degrees there really needs to be working heaters and blankets provided. Our room was cold, the A/C unit switched to heat did little to warm the room with its very high ceilings - I felt cold all the time which made relaxing in the room not enjoyable. This is only an issue if you visit in winter. For the price I expected a few more amenities - particularly a bath robe which would have been welcomed.

Exceptional hospitality and unforgettable stay

Pros: We spent three nights at Riad Sierra in Marrakesh and it was, without a doubt, the most welcoming place we stayed during our entire visit to Morocco. From the moment we arrived, Mourad and the rest of the staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful, making us feel genuinely at home. The level of hospitality was outstanding — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their care and attention truly set this riad apart. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, and the riad itself is beautiful and very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the people. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Riad Sierra to anyone visiting Marrakesh and would happily stay here again.
