Welcoming hospitality

Pros: Our room was upgraded, Fouad the RP manager treated us like the royal family...All the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for them. We felt welcomed and special and it made our first stay in Morocco memorable. They are all working very hard to keep the guests happy. Thank you guys for an amazing stay, we wish you all the best in the future and we will recommed your hotel to our friends.

If you want an entertaining holiday then you won’t be disappointed

Pros: The breakfast was really nice. There was a lot of choice. The omelette was so good. The service from the staff at this Hotel was most definitely a 5 star service. The Staff could not have been any more helpful. There was a free shuttle bus to the market which was great. The entertainment each night was fantastic. The barman Mohammad was excellent at cocktails. I had a very good massage in the Spa. Faud the manager was very efficient in dealing with any queries we had. I would definitely return to this hotel in the summer as we were here for Xmas. There was so much to see in Marakesh. The trip to the Atlas Mountains was breathtaking.

Cons: The weather in December wasn’t great although the Hotel put on inside entertainment to accommodate for the rain. The outdoor heated pool was a blessing.

Pros: So we arrived to stay here for two nights. Admittedly, it was short, but we had a pleasant time. All the staff are very friendly and we had overall a really nice and pleasant trip. The animation team made for welcome, including Sara, Mario, Youseff and Loco! Once it was raining on our final day, we still managed to play darts and have some fun and we would definitely return here again with our children for the next day Overall in terms of food and drink, I would say that the food was pretty good indicated for both of vegetarian and non-veg . The chefs went over and above to make you things like pasta if you wanted it with a bit of spice, et cetera. Beer was fine for me and also the cocktails and alcohol was to a decent standard overall.
