Very Happy

Pros: I sent the kids (teenagers) who had a ball and were full of praise for the staff. We already knew the complex is very safe due to a previous visit.

Perfect rained a couple of days but indoor pool was open to use

Pros: Breakfast was good Staff were friendly Selection was good

Cons: Same options but very okay

Our fourth visit to a place we loved but a number of negative issues which makes it unlikely we will return this time.

Pros: The gardens are well maintained. The room are spacious. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Cons: This was our 4th visit and we found that the standard of the food has gone down. We were disappointed not to be given a room in the 1000 block which we had asked for prior to our arrival. Only when we arrived we were told that the heating was not working and it was all very vague whether I would be fixed during our stay or not. It was not and we found our block 5000 too far from the main block. We also lament to see the behaviour of many children not controlled by parents, running around, helping themselves to food the do not always eat, behaving badly.

Cons: Rather difficult in wet weather as the tiles areas were very slippery. The reception area and restaurants were very cold, obviously not heated.Is this a good place to visit in winter? The food in the main restaurant was not exciting, less choice and better quality would be better.

Pros: Heated indoor pool for my child was a great option for December’s trip , we’ve got an upgrade from hotel, meals was delicious, beautiful and spaceous garden

We had an amazing time celebrating our 5th anniversary in Morocco!

Pros: The hotel was amazing, the staff was accommodating. We absolutely loved our time there. They had shuttle service to and from the centre on Marrakesh, we will definitely be coming back!

Pros: The atmosphere is so good at this hotel absolutely no stress. They are improving everything constantly.

Cons: I think towels and bedding all needs a total refresh.

Pros: Reception in the hotels welcoming the stuff we're so wonderful it was just a wonderful experience this hotel is the best for family especially with children as he has almost all the facilities for sports to activities to a gym to Swimming Pools even for children it's just a wonderful place good atmosphere all-inclusive plan is like the best you don't have to bother about what you need to eat because they have varieties of options including options for children it's just been a very good experience and I'm happy to have stayed in the view everything is that is quite far from the main citizens quite a travel when you want to go to the Medina and the City Centre

Cons: Did have some leaks in my room which was resolved after reporting to the a front desk
