Pros: The hotel was very clean. The food was great, good quality and a variety to pick from.

Cons: I could not fault anything

Pros: Staff are really good, kids are secured around the swimming pool, life guard and entertainers for kids are always around. Highly recommend if you going with kids.

Pros: Great staff, very clean, great room and very comfortable. The facilities are standards for this category. It's a bit far away of the medina but there's shuttles. If you want to rest not surrounded by a noisy animation along the day, this is the right place to be.

Cons: Even if the food was very fresh and tasty it's repetitive, and during a week we had only twice chicken, very poor beef quality, and lambs. Only 1 grilled chicken. We like veggies but come on.

Had a brilliant time. Food could have been better. For what we paid this was excellent value.

Pros: The facilities for children were excellent. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Cons: The hotel needs a refurb. The rooms and common areas look tired but clean. Buffet food needs more variety.

Good stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Spa offered at the adults only hotel. 5 minutes from this hotel. Also needs to be booked. We stayed in January for some winter sun, so hotel was a little quieter than usual but still had limited entertainment on at night's. There is day activities going on but the staff won't bother you to join them if you are just looking to relax. Chilled music played at the pool during the day. I would stay at this hotel again, as I didn't have any issues.

Cons: Location, it is a it far out, with no shops around. The hotel does have a little shop but doesn't offer much choice. But you can get the private hire or taxis. All free shuttle bus offered to Medina from the hotel but needs to be booked 24 hours before and fill up fast. If this does not bother you then the hotel is a good choice.

Golf trip

Pros: Hansa and Aissa looked after us and we're very accommodating.

Cons: A little far out from the city

Golfers in Marrakech

Pros: 17 golfers were made to feel very welcome, the staff were excellent and very friendly. Hansa in reception and Aissa in the restaurant in particular were outstanding. We kept Achraf in the bar very busy and he was excellent too.

Cons: All was good

Pros: The stay was so amazing.the stuff were exxelent.Especially the gül who iş working at the desh whis name is Hasna was so sweet and helpful.i recomend this hotel to everone.i f i point hotel i would definetly give them 100 points with 🌟

Would definitely return

Pros: Staff were great always engaging and alway hard working. Nothing but positive comments from me, it was extremely clean

Cons: The 1st couple of days the food was great but then it seemed to tail off and go a bit down hill. I know the hotel was quiet but there were hardly any meat options. Breakfast was hit and miss with a lot of items not being replenished very well.
