Pros: A very comfortable environment to stay. Very friendly staff and a large hotel room with all the modern facilities. They serve plenty of foods and drinks with a very good taste. Evening show also great. My kids love it. I am highly recommend this place.

The property can work on the network,it’s bad in the room

Pros: I love the staff,the food variety,the unlimited alcohol,the receptionists,I love everything about it,I want to appreciate all the staffs especially the manager in planning my proposal with my man and they makes it looks fun and I love it,they all act as family not just ordinary staffs,the server of wine should be appreciated as well,I will love to visit again,I want to say the hotel are superB and God bless them all

Cons: I love it all,just the expenses of the taxi to the town because it’s far to the twin and the taxi charge so much

Pros: 4th time been here, love the food, facilities, swimming pools. Friendly staff.

Cons: Alot of English people this year and staff need to speak better English if they are opening to English people. Also entertainment needs to include English speaking.

Pros: I like the swimming pools and the slides The view was nice and the place was tidy

Cons: I didnt really like the food 2 years ago the food was better and enjoyable but now its just bland and dry and no taste in the food Didnt like the fact that hardly any staff members didnt speak any english this year round didnt really enjoy it This is my 3rd year round they havent updated the rooms or the equipment or tv and people paying so much money for this resort They havent painted the place in years and the walls are all dirty and smelt like mouled and stunk like shit This os properly the last time im coming to this resort serious disapointed thinking they will update there facility

Pros: A good water park, not very big, but the kids were happy. 5 types of slides. Good territory. Food is really good. Every night there are different themes.. On breakfast very good fried doughnuts. The room was fine. Marrakesh about 20 mins by car. Worth visiting to feel the Moroccan vibe.

Cons: In the middle of nowhere. Get a car, taxi or bus.

Pros: Hotel was great. Was busy but you wouldn’t know as has so much space.

Cons: No air con in the room, was boiling at night.

Perfect stay

Pros: The breakfast is lovely is only the location is far from main centre

Cons: Let them make sure the room have aircoditioner bcos some time is hot and we can’t open the door bcos of fly or other insect

Pros: I had amazing time as solo traveler staff was making sure I had everything I need especially I want to thanks Amin he was simply amazing , I would definitely stay there again

Pros: The staff were very friendly exspecially the manager who was approachable and accissible. He was extreamly freindly and communicated with me and other clients. Amazing valaue for money and loads of food and tasty

Lovely resort

Pros: The swimming pools were amazing with a lot of trees all around great for shade around the pools. The rooms were very good and very well cleaned during the day. lots of entertainment, staff were all lovely and very friendly. Great selection of food in all meals.

Cons: The room key almost never opened the door, had to return to reception several times to get new key. The air-conditioner in the bar and restaurant could be stronger. However, overall I will definitely return :)
