Iberostar Waves Club Palmeraie Marrakech All Inclusive

Pros: The staff was very attentive and proactive. When we arrived we were so hungry so they let us have lunch and then check in which was lovely. They always had a smile and looked happy. The food was amazing. The free shuttle to the Medina was very convenient. The rooms were clean. Overall we were very happy with the decision made.

Pros: many activities, great pools and infrastructure, the food is excellent and various the staff is really nice and welcoming

Cons: I think the SPA is a bit expensive and i had some issues in my shower with cold/hot water

Tranquil retreat on the ourskirts of Marrakech

Pros: Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and grounds with a great chill pool for adults. Great food and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Valentine's night was a real gala. Tue free shuttle bus into the city means you can get there easily without having to stay in the bustle.

Cons: Rooms are lovely but the beds are very hard and we would prefer one double bed rather than two singles tigether aa there was a gap between the mattresses that got wider if we tried to sleep near each other.

Good Stay

Pros: The welcome drink was a good gesture. Considering I was tired that day when I arrived and the receptionist could see how tired I was. The welcome drink helped a lot.

Cons: The bathroom maintenance is poor. It would be great if the property management look into this

Great stay in Marrakesh

Pros: Comfort, facilities, convenient services and friendly staff.

Pros: The food is the best I have had at an all-inclusive and considering the price I really wasn't expecting it to be so I was very pleasantly surprised. Also didn't expect the cava on arrival! All the staff are amazing there for everything you need and constantly cleaning, the place is spotless. The shuttle bus to Marrakech was handy and free but there is also always taxis outside waiting to take you anywhere very cheap. The markets were an experience so much to buy and see. So much do at the hotel aswell you could easily spend days just at the resort but we like to get out and see things plus we wasn't there long.

Cons: If I was going to be picky, the cocktails could be better.

Pros: Staffs are proffesional in their various department

Pros: Food was amazing, clearly used high quality ingredients. Great sport facilities particularly tennis courts. Most of the staff where helpful and welcomimg

Cons: No iron in the room. Spent 3 days on standby for an iron before being told there are limited irons but there is a paid laundry service.

Pros: Staff were very nice mostly. Room was kept clean and comfortable everyday. Food choice was fresh and tasty.

Cons: The building is very tired in parts. The air conditioning inside for this time of year was freezing. No coffee making facilities in the room. The Moroccan restaurant on site, where we booked as a treat, the food was awful. Gelatinous, tasteless, cold, and dry biscuits. It’s as if they had taken the worst of what was on offer in the buffet and served it to us on their restaurant? We returned to the buffet restaurant and ate in there. We have not encountered this in any other ‘all inclusive’ we have stayed in.

Lovely hotel, would recommend, just bring warm clothes if December for nightimes in the hotel!

Pros: Lovely hotel, rooms were of a great size, clean and excellent housekeeping. Grounds were stunning, beautiful gardens and pool area. Lots of facilities to use and things on during the day. Regular shuttle to Marrakech which is excellent. Good gym area

Cons: We were there in December and inside the entertainment theatre was freezing, everyone sat with puffa coats on. Same in restaurant at times and the bar area! The bar is very open and not much seating area for the number or people there. Restaurant food was good, but very repetitive and it was SO noisy and busy, as it was too cold to sit outside it made meal times hectic!
