Could not have been better.

Pros: The whole experience was exceptional from the start to finish. The staff could not help enough, especially when it came to dealing with the gluten intolerance, providing freshly made and tasty gluten free bread at every meal. The Spa was excellent value, and the whole hotel was a welcome and relaxing escape from the city.

Pros: Everything. There is nothing to fault or criticise. The gardens are stunning, the service exceptional, pool beautiful, rooms lovely. The food was special.

If you’re looking for an authentic Marrakech experience; this hotel is perfect.

Pros: Everything! This hotel / Riad was perfect for our 3 night stay. Delighted we stayed in an authentic Moroccan accommodation. Situated a 15 minute walk from El Fnaa Square, it is a welcome oasis of calm after a day exploring the vibrant city. Breakfast was outstanding and staff could not be more helpful. We had dinner on two occasions and it was really good. We also enjoyed a hammam treatment in the hotel spa - fantastic way to end a trip to Marrakech.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, a peaceful escape in the heart of the Medina. Everything was tranquil! You could hear lovely bird songs, the garden in the hotel is exceptional as well as the stunning rooftop patio. The restaurant was also very nice, great quality. We had massages and hammam and both were excellent. Everyone is very nice, warm and helpful!

The holiday in the Medina was such a memorable experience

Pros: The property was in an ideal position. We enjoyed walking around the area with a guide seeing all the amazing buildings. We stayed in a Sultane double room which had a wrap around balcony. The room was on the top floor and it was as though we were amongst the trees. It was wonderful to hear the birds sing. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was all amazing. The chef would not be out of place in a top London restaurant. The staff were wonderful.They were so helpful and eager to please.
