Beautiful Riad, thoughtful staff, fantastic stay

Pros: Beautiful property, newly opened with the most thoughtful interiors and well designed common spaces. The most accommodating manager and kitchen staff went out of their way to share tea, treats and local meals whilst we relaxed in the Riad. Spotless in terms of cleanliness. Fantastic location, central to many souks. Thank you Abdou (the manager) for being the perfect host. Would love to stay there again and highly recommend.

A lux and calm oasis in the middle of a vibrant city!

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, different everyday and served the minute you walked down the stairs with a decent coffee of your choice! . Abdu and the rest of the team were so friendly and so accommodating. The shower in the room was good pressure and hot. The plug sockets are quality (I know that’s sounds silly but so many times you stay in hotels where sockets do not work or look like a health hazard!) The communal areas are so inviting with the sound of the water and the soft seating everywhere!

Pros: The property was beautifully presented - every room was clean and traditionally decorated - when you walk in from the souk, the smell from the spa hits you and you feel immediately relaxed.

Amazing oasis in Medina

Pros: Riad Dar Ascamada is simply fantastic. As soon as you step inside, it feels like entering a completely different world — peaceful, elegant, and beautifully designed, right in the middle of the lively Medina of Marrakesh. The design and final touches are stunning, with great attention to detail throughout. What really stands out is the kindness and care of the staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome and very well looked after. A true oasis of calm in a hectic city. Highly recommended.

Pros: The Riad is beautiful and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was great also! We thought the location was perfect, just deep enough in the Medina to be practical yet still easy to find and not scary to walk back to at night.Definately worth arranging an airport pick up through the hotel, very convenient and saved a lot of stress.

Cons: It was slightly expensive compared to other similar riads.

Amazing riad in the beating heart of the city, incredibly comfortable, and with friendliest staff!!!

Pros: Location was exceptional right in the heart of the Medina, very near the main market streets and souks but also in an alley so quiet enough for resting and sleeping. We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The riad is fully and recently refurbished with great taste, the place is very aesthetic and also functional and the food and personnel were just the best. Abdul is the host of the Riad, and he is super helpful, always approachable and with a kind suggestion or ready to assist with anything, caring and has super attention to detail! Also the rooms were large, with tasteful decoration and comfortable. We had a fantastic family stay there, will definitely stay here again when we go back!!!

Cons: Breakfast was really good but could perhaps be a bit more varied including also eggs.

Perfect. Just Perfect.

Pros: Everything was beyond expectations. Genuinely felt like staying in a home not a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. It was incredible quality and even more incredible value. We will return for sure. Thanks to everyone there. The team are friendly yet highly professional. Food quality is tremendous. We travel a lot and we try and travel well, but this was another level.

Cons: Nothing.

10/10 will definitely be back and recommending to friends & family.

Abdul was an exceptional host - organising our day in the Ayala mountains with a driver and a guide.

Pros: Stunning Riad - beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and pillows. Had the larger size room. Right in the Medina however off in a quiet side street. The team are exceptional, delicious breakfast, nothing was too much trouble from last minute ironing to shoe mending!

Cons: Not very private.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this charming Riad in the heart of Marrakech. The location is perfect — very central and within walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and great recommendations. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, creating an authentic and cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. A perfect place to relax after a day exploring the medina. Highly recommended!
