A calming, friendly and joyful stay

Cozy, modern Design/Boutique Hotel in the city centre

Pros: The hotel is super well located at the border pf the centre pf Marrakech, next to a lively and authentic street. The rooms are well equipped, but more importantly nicely decorated with top notch art. The breakfast is typical morrocan and super nice. The staff is always more than happy to help, which comes ln handy in a country like Morroco!

Beautiful riad with a personalised, authentic experience

Pros: It was our first time to Marrakech with the family with young children and we had a fantastic, authentic experience in this Riad. It is in the perfect location for exploring the souks and nearby attractions. The hospitality we received at the riad was exceptional - it was like a home away from home. We ate at some other restaurants because we wanted to experience other places, but we could have truly eaten at the Riad everyday - the in house chef and team cooked some very delicious meals which we all enjoyed. The room itself was very comfortable and cleaned daily. Thank you to Mr Halim and Mr Rachid and all the rest of the friendly lovely staff.

Pros: Beautifully decorated with artists work, very friendly staff and spotlessly clean

Cons: The Riads are naturally quite noisy and echoing , we could hear staff talking quite loudly until about midnight, if you are a sensitive sleeper bring earplugs

Beautiful property, even better people

Pros: This Riad felt like existing within a dream. Not only is it strikingly beautiful and filled with the most stunning collection of art - all of that pales in comparison next to the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely safe and taken care of - I've never experienced hospitality like this. Everything from the room, the delicious breakfast, the staff, the attention to detail from everyone. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for making my stay magical.

Management of the hotel is very flexible and friendly to accommodate any requests you may need.

Pros: Property is in the old town and surrounded by local shops. Easy to walk anywhere. Entire staff is kind and welcoming.

Pros: The whole stay was unexpectedly great! The service and level of hospitality are outstanding. Halim, the manager of the property, is one of the most professional and kindest hosts we have ever met across five continents. You can ask for any private program or arrange practically anything—he delivers it in a minute. The whole staff is very nice and creates a warm, familiar atmosphere. The interior and rooms are effortlessly cool and stylish. We recommend it to everyone!

Welcoming staff and comfortable stay

Pros: I’ve stayed in many hotels, home stays, hostels around the world and this was easily the most welcoming experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, Halim immediately made us feel at home, giving us some delicious Moroccan tea while our room was prepared. Mustafa, Rashid and all the other staff were also just as welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was big and like a cloud, and location was ideal right in the Medina making easy pick up for many tours! I also had a massage in the riad on my last day which was a great touch Thank you team!
