Beautiful stay inside Medina

Pros: Beautiful riad with a peace of nature inside. Location was great since main areas in medina were reachable by foot. The location was also closer to where a lot of locals live. It was possible that cars or taxi’s could leave us just next to Riad. Breakfast was good and generous. Staff were help helpful and accomodating our needs with children. Renaud was very helpful before and after arriving at the accomodation, always responsive.

Cons: The shower was not that great since the mixing of hot and cold water was a problem especially for my kids. However it was understandable since the plumbing was old.

Pros: Having stayed in 3 different riads during our visit tO Morocco, this was by far the best. Its the small things that made it amazing: 1. Yousef (the manager) explained the Medina and gave great local tips. 2. Extra long breakfast till 12pm (great for kids) 3. Accommodating unusual requests like allowing us access to the kitchen to get milk for our baby in the middle of the night. 4. Free water. ( All other riads charged for this). The staff were amazing and made us feel truly welcome.

The Riad was perfect for our short stay in Marrakesh.

Pros: The Riad was quiet with a very cosy atmosphere. It offered a sanctuary after a busy day. The breakfast was good. The Riad is in a good location to explore. The staff were very welcoming and ensured we were happy during our stay.

Cons: We have no complaints about anything!

A wonderful oasis.

Pros: Superb location, a little oasis of calm in the city. We had a wonderful time and the staff were wonderful. We ate dinner there one night and it was my favourite meal of the holiday!

A fab stay in an ideal location. Perfect.

Pros: The staff were fantastic, so polite and helpful. Thank you to Renaud for the guidance. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable . The location was perfect! Transport to and from the airport was easily arranged.

Cons: On a teeny thing; the mattress was a little firm for my liking, otherwise, nothing.

Excellent find!

Pros: Amazing host and staff, great welcome. Lots of information given to us. Lovely room, spacious, large bathroom. Excellent shower. Fridge in room. Traditional decor. Seating areas on each floor. Stunning riad, rooftop terrace. So quiet inside, a little bit of tranquility. Breakfast excellent, can request at any time of the morning. Water bottles upon request. Also booked us taxis to and from the airport. Great pillows. Air con and heater. Great location, everything in walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Cons: The ONLY thing to say that may be seen as a negative is the beds were very, very firm.

Great time had by all

Pros: Great welcome and service. Rooms very well furnished. Traditional style. Breakfast good quality and amounts. Location about 5 mins from start of the souk. Cashpoints local. Pick-up for trips 5 mins walk. Inside the Medina and the full experience of local life. Quiet at night in the riad. Felt safe. Local restaurants.

Cons: For us it was just right.

Wonderful Riad in Marrakech

Pros: The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the room is very good, the breakfast was great and the whole Riad is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Larger Riad in great location

Pros: Great location for visiting both the Medina and the new town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace was spacious and restful.

Cons: We would have liked to stay longer.

Pros: This is one of the most beautiful riads I have ever stayed in. Renaud and his team are welcoming, informative and their service is second to none. The riad itself is in a quiet area and is easily accessible for pickups and walking to all the sites. You will not regret your stay in marrakech if you stay at la terrasse des olivers
