Riad bien ici

Pros: Riad is cosy and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They are always available. The location is amazing. We walked pretty much everywhere. It is safe to walk in the evening. Bed is very comfy.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like but I wish there are some slippers in the room as the floor can be cold.

We felt at home in the Riad Bien Ici!

Pros: The best location imaginable, 2 minutes from Ferblentiers Square, with restaurants, cafés and tea and coffee shops. Just 10 minutes walk to the Medina and Jemaa el Fnaa Square. The breakfast was amazing...coffee, cake, bread, crepes, fruit salad, yoghurt, a selection of jams and honey, even olives. The staff - Miriam, Ihsane and Bada treated us like family. They girls even bought me a birthday cake when they discovered it was my birthday. Overall, an excellent experience. I'm very pleased I chose the Riad Bien Ici. It was perfect for the five of us.

Very clean riad

Pros: Very clean riad and rooms including towels and linens. Our room was very large. Shower is good with hot water and good pressure. Wifi isn't great in the room. Breakfast is very good with eggs, breads, yogurt, coffee/tea, juice. The family who runs it is very nice. We were able to leave our bags when we went to the mountains for 3 days. It's located in the Kasbah area so is much quieter than the medina.

Cons: Like many riads it can be noisy. We were awakened at 5 am by a very noisy couple above us. The arrangement of seating at breakfast is awkward because everyone is seated at a long rown of tables.It would be nicer to sit on our own. There may have been terrace seating available but we didn't understand that at the time. It seems over priced, but Marrakech is more expensive than other cities..

Pros: This is a very nice and convenient place on the edge of the medina with easy access for taxis, very safe and peaceful. The room has wifi, air con, the host is ver hospitable and you get your key to the main door which is very convenient.

Cons: the owner does not respond to messages on booking,com (I was mailing regarding shortening our reservation and there was no response).

Pros: It's a well looked after Riad, clean and tidy. We were lucky to be there almost alone throughout our 4 nights stay. Karim and his colleagues are brilliant helpers, they speak english and french. Any queries were quickly answered by Karim and he always organised things straight away. The location is next to a busy street with lots of traffic, however the noise is somehow dissipated due to narrow streets probably. Our child enjoyed the fact that there is a TV in the dining/breakfast area so she could drop on the couch and watch something before bed time. All was well, we have been looked after. Thanks to all the team!

Pros: We loved our stay in in Riad Bien ici. The hotel is easily accecible and very close to the old medina, the breakfast were amazing and staf very attentive and helpful. Our room was really cozy with clean bathroom. We would definately recommend to everyone!

Experiência incrível e acolhedora. A recepcionista Mary é uma ótima pessoa, muito prestativa e atenciosa.

Pros: Pequeno almoço feito na hora. Muito bom e variado. Mal precisamos almoçar!

Pros: On a été très bien reçu. Le riad est super bien situé, à la fois très calme et à deux pas de la place ferblantiers. Les enfants ont pu se rafraîchir à la piscine du roof top dans l'après midi. Et le Petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié.
