Pros: Lawrence, Said, and the team were amazing! We had such a great stay here. We also booked quad biking and camel riding through the riad and it was incredible. Breakfasts were amazing and varied every day. We would love to stay again, thank you for having us!

Amazing stay at Riad Charme d’Orient

Pros: Beautiful riad, great service, very good location, super clean. Laurence, Said and all the staff were very welcoming and paid attention to every detail, would definitely recommend!

Awesome, romantic, warm, great!

Pros: We loved our time here. We arrived very early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Laurence, Soufiane, and Said, who even served breakfast on arrival. We immediately felt at home. They provided a clear explanation of Marrakech with a map, which was very helpful. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, and Soufiane and Said truly do their utmost best. The riad is in a central but quiet location. Our room was calm and the shower was great. We celebrated my partner’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake and a musician, which was such a thoughtful touch. The riad has a pool, a roof terrace, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended. I will certainly come back.

Cons: I cannot think of much. But if I can give some tips, it would be that the coffee can be a bit stronger and the beds are slightly hard. But then I am really looking for something, as we have slept very well.

Pros: Could not recommend this place enough!!! Amazing service from entry to exit. Very relaxed friendly atmosphere and was like a hidden gem after visiting the busy streets. Dipping in the pool after being out in the hot sun was an absolute delight and breakfast was a thing of beauty.

Breakfast was simply excellent: fresh, varied, and served with care, it was the perfect way to start each day. The owner and her wonderful staff welcomed us with kindness, attention, and genuine affection. Their total availability, thoughtful advice, and local suggestions made our stay smooth and truly enriching—every recommendation was spot on and helped us enjoy Marrakech to the fullest. They don’t just offer accommodation—they offer a dream, an experience to treasure forever. I will always carry this memory in my heart, along with the people who made it so special.

Cons: Tutto perfetto!

Pros: Riad Charme is such a beautiful and calm place, even though it's just a 10 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Saïd (and everyone else too) were just wonderful, making us feel right at home. The interior was stunning, everything was absolutely spotless and the room was gorgeous too. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place close to everything to stay here.

Pros: Good location. Riad has a lot of charm & Moroccan authenticity. Lovely tiled soaker pool outside our room. Nice rooftop where amazing lots of variety breakfast was served. Had a relaxing spa treatment. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. They went above & beyond, including walking us to our restaurant & a supermarket for spices.

Cons: Soaker pool closed early in the evening. We came back from shopping one day very warm & looking forward to getting into pool but it was closed for the day.

A must stay in Marrakech!

Pros: Our stay at the Riad Charme d'Orient could not be faulted. Beautiful Riad in a great location for all the main sights within the Medina. The rooms were beautiful and reflected perfectly the culture and tradition of Marrakech. The breakfasts were lovely and sitting on the rooftop on the morning sun was idyllic and set you up for the day of exploring! Laurence and her staff were amazing, they really did make our stay the best!

Pros: The property was absolutely fantastic, from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere created makes you feel you are in Marrakesh straight away. The Riad is stunning, beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxed. Our room was perfect, every time we came back at the end of the day it had been tidied and freshened up by the staff . We had a fantastic stay, Laurence and the staff were so so welcoming and friendly they make you feel part of their family. They made our stay perfect. If you are looking for a Riad to give you the experience of Marrakesh then I would highly recommend this property. Hopefully if we return we would not consider anywhere else to stay. Nothing only Leaving and Coming home, 🙁
